All lines busy in calls to CA reps, Whitehouse and Senate leadership.

At 9:30 am Pacific/12:30 pm Eastern, all lines are busy going to both CA senators, the white house and all senate leadership.

and not some agreement to just have that recording that all circuits are busy so calls don't come in at all - because it did ring twice before that recording played when I called Frankenstien's.

I found the Congressional general switchboard, CA's Sens. Boxer and Feinstein, & the White House jammed all a.m. and into this p.m. Very impressive! But, got right through to Rep. Pelosi and guy who answered almost sounded like I was the first to call as he didn't know how to take citizen's concerns call and had to ask someone what to do with me. Got right through to the Denfense Dept. With a little effort (couple calls rang and rang, then voicemail) got through to the State Dept., very pleasant operator there in contrast to the Denfense's snappy, huffy lady operator. Obviously not so many calling Denfense or this one CA Rep. Pelosi as my calls got through with no busy signals or default voicemail system answering.
