ok, so i titled a picture arresting a young girl, but i was wrong. it was a guy. im really sorry about that. oh yeah and in that picture be sure everyone checks out the african american cop wearing camo pants and the leather jacket. hes got a moustache, sun glasses, a beanie, and i think hes got a moustache too. memorize his face! from what i understand he was at the last rally too back in january.

nick, good job on recording the event- i've found that it's really difficult to photograph large events, especially protest/rally type of situations. It's rare to come accross a photograph of a march that doesn't look like every other photograph of people resisting in the streets that's out there- but i i think you got some really nice ones. really beautiful compositions. way to get right in there and go for it.
