The 5 protestors still in jail from F16 are scheduled for hearings
today (Thurs Feb 20) at 9 a.m.

The 5 protestors still in jail from F16 are scheduled for hearings today (Thurs Feb 20) at 9 a.m. Four of them, who are charged with misdemeanors, will have hearings in Dept. 19 and the fifth person, who faces a felony charge, will have a hearing in Dept. 10. Both of these rooms are on the second floor of the courthouse at 850 Bryant St., SF. If you plan to come and support these folks, there is a rally conveniently scheduled for noon right in front of the courthouse where you can catch up on the latest news.

The way these dockets usually work is that a 9 a.m. time means you get your hearing sometime that morning. So those of you looking at your watches, it's not too late to go now!

on friday at 9 am, we will again be converging at 850 bryant to support the folks being held as political prisoners for their presence at the anti-war march on sunday.

please come down to pack the courts. people going over from berkeley can meet with other folks at 8 am at the downtown BART station.

please pass this information to others, far and wide.

witnesses are needed by the 6 arrestees who were originally charged with felony.

please, any of you who witnessed the arrests or actions of any of these 6 people, the lawyers and arrested are asking for witnesses to come forward.
