We applaud the new Palestinian national dialogue;
May it lead to a deep reconcilliation within the Ummah,
A unified national leadership for the liberation of Palestine,
The right of return [Awada] for Palestinian refugees,
And an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its Capitol.

We the undersigned DEMAND that the Palestinian National Authority nullify the "Jericho Deal" [a/k/a/ "Muqata'a Deal"] and cancel the "new Israeli roadmap" plan and abide by the decision of the Palestinian High Court decision on June 3, 2002 which stressed the illegality of the arrest and detention of the Ahmad Sa'adat, Secretary General of Al-Shabaiya [Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine]. We Demand that the Palestinian National Authority, in submission to the "rule of Law," immediately release Sec. Gen. Sa'adat and Comrade Fouad Showbaki and, furthermore, that it end the court sentence against Comrade Ah'ed Abu Ghoulma--a member of the General Central Committee of the PFLP [Al-Shabaiya]. The undersigned furthermore stress our all-around unity with the patriotic and Islamic forces and re-assert their 15 January 03 demand that Sec. Gen. Sa'adat, Comrade Fouad Showbaki and Comrade Ah'ed Abu Ghoulma be released and have their full civil rights restored.
