Join the Billionaires for Bush's War Contingent!

by debocracylive (debocracylive [at] yahoo.com)
Join me, Ione U. People, Mya Cash, and other glamourous filthy rich personages in the March on Sunday, February 16. Our goal is to point out how your opposition to the Billionaires for Bush’s War hurts ME, Ione U. People, and could possibly shave a few million from my snotty spoiled selfish childrens’ trust funds. After all, if the economy becomes any more unstable, I shall certainly run out of tax havens! After all, patriotism and paying taxes is for the little people.

If the economy becomes any more unstable, I shall certainly run out of tax havens! After all, patriotism and paying taxes is for the little people. If this nice little war in Iraq stabilizes oil prices, no social justice for you, silly k-nighits.

If you are interested in joining the Billionaires contingent, email debocracylive [at] yahoo.com. Mya Cash, aka Jennifer Pozner of United for a Fair Economy in New York City, will be making a special appearance and accompany us throughout the day. Mya, I mean Jennifer, says that we need at least 7 people for an effective Billionaire presence. Formal attire of some sort is important.

For an opportunity to protest and make people smile while you do it, join us. For more information about the Billionaires, go to http://www.billionairesforbushorgore.com. Great ideas for signs and chants there too!

Mya's call:

Hey Lisa and friends -

If you know ANYONE in San Fran who would be interested in performing political street theater with me, I'd love it if you'd tell them about the Billionaires for Bush's War (see call to action below). The group always goes over really well, diffuses tension with cops, lightens protestors' moods, and is an effective messaging tool with media. I will not have access to this email for a few days, but will read it all when I get into San Fran on Wed. If wealthy elites are interested in drowning out the voices of dissent on Sunday, please let them know they have a partner-in-corporate-crime at the ready.

Cheers,

Mya Cash (reminding you, as always, that the nightly news is brought to you by MYa cash... not yours.)

PLEASE FORWARD:

BILLIONAIRES FOR BUSH'S WAR: CALL TO ACTION:

TELL THE WORLD THAT THIS WAR IS BEING FOUGHT IN OUR NAMES! MORE BLOOD FOR OIL!

Hello darlings,

My name is Mya Cash, I am a broadcasting billionaire, and a leader of the NYC Billionaires for Bush's War. I will be traveling to San Francisco for a very lucrative merger deal this weekend, and would like to organize a counter-protest contingent of corporate warmongers to squash dissent in the streets of California. Here are some suggestions:

-- Below (and attached in a nicely-formatted version) are some songs that you can sing, that Emily WIlson and I wrote on the bus to DC in October, and that went over incredibly well. If you wish, print them out in large enough numbers that passersby can join in.

-- In my experience over the last few years, Billionaires actions tend to work best with at least 4 or 5, and up to about 25 - 35, very engaged people; and at least 2 or 3 people should be willing to be loud, in-your-face and obnoxious about chants, singing, slogans, talking with media and cops, etc. Do outreach, post your call to action to IndyMedia, to Code Pink, UnitedForPeace and NION calendars, to all the local listservs, etc.

-- Props you should try to bring, if you can:

a. posters that make a direct (short & sweet, and funny if possible) link to Bush, war and $ -- see slogans below

b. the B4B banner if anyone still has one,

c. lots and lots of fake cash ("the better to bribe police with, my dear") ,

d. song sheets and slogan sheets in numbers large enough for whomever billionaires you have with you, and preferably more for passersby

e. top hats, tiaras, gaudy jewelery, feather boas, fur coats, cash, etc.

f. name tags, so you can display your wealthy pedigree to protesters and press

Have fun, and take lots of prisoners,

Yours in domination,

Mya Cash (as always, reminding you that the nightly news is brought to you by Mya cash... not yours.)

Some songs and chants attached, and cut& pasted. Here they are.

United for war,

Mya Cash

Chants and sign slogans broadcasting our wealthy domination to all anti-war activists in DC on Oct. 26 and other actions since have included:

"Call & response: Whose streets? Our streets!

Whose bombs? Our bombs!

Whose tanks? Our tanks!

Whose SUVs? Our SUVs!

Whose energy contracts? Our energy contracts!

Whose Congress? Our Congress!

Whose big penile monument? Our big penile monument! (when we passed the Washington monument)

Whose war? OUR WAR!"

"United we SPEND –your money

United we SHRED – your money

United we BOMB – with your money

In order to MAKE – our money!"

"Stop whining and start bombing!"

"1-2-3-4, we make profits off of war!

5-6-7-8, being rich is really great!"

"Atta boy, Dubya – Billionaires love ‘ya!

Thanks, Condi Rice, for being so nice!"

"Gimme an M! Gimme an O! Gimme an N! Gimme an E! Gimme a Y!

What’s that spell? Money! What’s that spell? MONEY!

Why are we going to war? MONEY!

Why do we make when we bomb Iraq? MONEY!

Who’se gonna die? (billionaires pause, shrug, then scream) WHO CARES?"

"Ain’t no power like military power ‘cause military power won’t stop! [ka-ching!]"

"We love Bush! We love Dick!"

"Bomb Iraq! Pay us back! "

"Big Oil’s united – you people ain’t invited! Go home!"

"Forget Halliburton! Cheney’s not hurtin’ –

Pay no attention to our man behind the curtain!"

and here's one from the Halloween Parade with mobilize-ny:

"We want oil! We Want gas! Watch out world, we'll KICK YOUR ASS!"

these were slogans:

The World Is Our Gas Station

Military Tribunals are for Poor Countries' Leaders"

Smart Bombs = Smart Profits!

THE BILLIONAIRE SHUFFLE ( To the tune of The Hokey Pokey)
By Mya Cash and Richard Anyou, NYC Billionaires for Bush’s War (aka, Jennifer L. Pozner and Emily Wilson)
You send some ground troops in,

and then you let them loose.

You send some ground troops in

and you shake your rich caboose.

You do the corporate shuffle

as the bombs begin to fall.

It’s all about the oil! Hey!

We make smart bombs and tanks.

We make mini-nukes, too.

We make cluster bombs and ammo,

and we’ll sell it all to you.

We do the corporate shuffle

as the bombs begin to fall.

It’s all about the oil! Hey!

We bought Bush and Dick.

We bought Condi, too.

We’ve got Congress in our pockets

and we tell ‘em what to do.

We do the corporate shuffle

as the bombs begin to fall.

It’s all about the oil! Hey!

YOU… put… your… taxes in.

You watch your paycheck shrink.

You do some patriotic shopping,

but be careful not to think.

You do the corporate shuffle

as the bombs begin to fall.

It’s all about the oil! Hey!

THE ITCHING TO STRIKE RAG
Sung to the tune of The Fixing To Die Rag, by Country Joe & the Fish
By Mya Cash and Richard Anyou, NYC Billionaires for Bush’s War (aka, Jennifer L. Pozner and Emily Wilson)
Come on all you rich white men

Uncle Sam needs your weapons again

We’ve got ourselves in a wonderful fight

With any luck we’ll start bombing tonight

So, cook all your books

And sell all your guns

We’re gonna have a whole lotta fun.

CHORUS:

And it’s 1, 2, 3 –

We know what we’re fighting for

A rise in our Ratheon stocks

Each time that we strike Iraq

And it’s 5, 6, 7

No need to investigate

The media don’t wonder why

Too bad – they’re all gonna die!

Come on all you CEOs,

Let’s all toast our corporate ‘hos

Dubya’s waitin’ for us to say when

And Uncle Sam’s pumpin’ oil again
So, Army boys:

Get ready to go!

We’re gonna make a whole lotta dough!

CHORUS: And it’s 1, 2, 3, we know what we’re fighting for…

Yes, that way you divert attention away from the terrorist attacks on American soil because I'm sure you were all cheering when the WTC collapsed!
by debocracylive
Don't think so. I lost a friend in the WTC. It's people like you who close your eyes to AMERICAN terrorism who endanger us all. Including my GRANDCHILDREN, you ASSHOLE. Go pull the wings off flies or shoot animals and leave them to die, or drive an SUV, or whatever it is your type does.
by Leslie
Debocrac... whatever. You are an idiot. It's my war too, please try to include me in the credits when you mention Bush. I would appreciate it. I voted Republican in the midterms, like a lot of, in fact the majority of, people, specifically because he promised he would go after Hussein. I am not a billionaire, and am otherwise too well read to buy into your canned theology. I whole heartedly support whatever it takes to enforce non-proliferation. Whatever you are calling US terrorism, if anything, is irrelevant. A completely proliferated world sucks for everyones grandchildren. You know how you heard that people can't tell your in junior high school on the internet? Well, sometimes they can.
by bluecollar
Too well read for canned theology? and voted for George? well that about says it all! I wonder what the rest of us are missing.
by justicescholar
Wow, just how many coloring books have you read? Theology is the study of religion. Come back in 20 years and talk then when you can back up your claim of erudition. Until then, throw OUT those coloring books, along with your television.

Billionaires for Bush's Endless War will meet at Market and Main, between Spear and Beale on the South side, and Pine and Drumm on the north side. Confused? Check out the map. Look for the black balloons and the National Lawyers Guild table.
by Curious
Someone above indicated that a majority of Americans voted for Republicans in the midterms. I believe that person has been misled by the mass media (besides being rude, and not very sensitive to nuance).

A majority of VOTERS is far from a majority of adults, because MOST AMERICANS ARE SO DISGUSTED WITH THE STATE OF CAMPAIGN FINANCING THAT THEY DON'T VOTE.

If you doubt this, maybe you should do some research before you spout the REPUBLICAN THEOLOGY. (and you might look that up too, the pro-war/pro-profits camp treats Rumsfeld and Ashcroft as gods, so it's a theology whether you like it or not).
by NoMoreBushBS
Abraham Lincoln said that, "The republic will be destroyed when the corporations are enthroned." Bush, CEO of the corporations, is planning the Iraqi War, "of, for and by the oil companies." Who will win? Those who won the Gulf War: Chevron. Enron. Halliburton.

In Iraq-gate Poppy Bush covertly ordinanced Saddam's weapons program. The Saudis coughed up $7 billion bucks for Saddam, and US Humanitarian Aid was laundered through BCCI and spent on weapons. Saddam got chemical, biological and hard military assets. Then he was enticed into Kuwait. And Bush I got their war on. War profiteering. A Bush family value.

Innocent Iraqis died. Soldiers returned permanently disabled from Gulf Syndrome. Bush Sr. swung sweetheart deals for Hallibuton, Enron and Chevron to rebuild Kuwait. Chevron sent the the GOP a check for $500,000 that helped financed Dubya's campaign. Enron was his number one contributor.

Saddam is a contained threat. But he's got oil. Colonizing Iraq advances grabbing the Caspian Sea Oil reserves. The Enron/Chevron trans-Afghanistan oil pipeline deal to the Caspian Sea was signed in 1999. Iran is next.

Who poses the biggest threats to the US? The terror funders. FBI terror expert John O’Neill said, “all the terrorist answers are in Saudi Arabia protected by the Saudi Royal family, US Oil interests, and banks.” The Rand Corporation terms Saudis: “Activist at every level of the terror chain, from planners, to financiers, from cadre to foot soldier, from ideologists, to cheerleaders.” And at the apex, banker to the Saudi Royal family, Kahlid bin Mahfouz.

Mahfouz was a principal of BCCI, (a notorious institutional financier of terror and money launderer for Iraq-gate.) He's the head of the most powerful Saudi family-next to the Royals and the bin Ladens. He's brother-in-law of Osama bin Laden. He recapitalized Harkin Oil, and held a 17.6% stake in it. With Citigroup he capitalized Enron. And was on the advisory Board of Carlyle. Bush said to stop terror, cut off their financiers. That would be your business partners, Dubya.

Khalid bin Mahfouz is known as the “the banker of terror,” at the intersection of all militant expansionist Islamic fundamentalism and banking crimes. Mahfouz was the banker for Pablo Escobar, Manual Noriega, Abu Nidal, arms dealers Samir Najmadee, and Adnan Kashoggi. He was linked to the US embassy attacks in Africa, and continues to transfer of tens of millions of dollars to Saudi “charities” associated with Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda organizations.

And the most virulent of Saudi inciters of Jihad against the US is Shaikh Saad Al-Buraik. In a two day telethon Saad Al-Buraik raised $109 million (compared to $56 million raised by Jerry Lewis's Mother of all US Telethons.) Al-Buraik, from a Riyadh, government mosque, broadcast this throughout the Middle-East: “I am against America until this life ends. She is the root of all evil, all wickedness on earth....enslave their women. Take their flesh, they are yours to take. Allah made them for you to take. Pillage them. Show no mercy or compassion to Jews or Christians.” And this guy’s Saudi Royal supporters are down on the ranch having bar-be-que with Dubya.

Now that “I’m a uniter, not a divider” has split the world in two, the Bush-Carlyle Cartel is at it again. Creating a crisis over a contained threat, when less risky options exist, and greater threats abound. The Bush-Carlyle Cartel will make billions. The US taxpayers, soldiers and innocent Iraqi citizens will lose. 1.5 billion Muslims will be further inflamed against the US. Terrorism will explode. Kahlid bin Mahfouz will be drinking Martinis, watching the action on TV, and counting his loot.

We’ve seen this rerun before. And Abraham Lincoln predicted the ending.

It's supposed to rain an inch over Sunday, according to experts in the matter.

I looked at CNN. Their coverage was interesting. They were giving really good projected number to make it sound exciting, like 250,000 for San Francisco, and their slant was 'celebrities participating in the antiwar protests' in Los Angeles and New York. The in-studio person said to their on-site in New York person "it seemed like in the past there were a dozen people here, a dozen people there, but just in the past two weeks, this antiwar protesting has suddenly just taken off? Why did it take until now, when it's almost too late because the war will happen.'

by debocracylive
Mya Cash had an unexpected occurrence and will not be able to attend tomorrow. We are most distressed!

However, according to http://www.accuweather.com, there is NO rain predicted in San Francisco on Sunday. This means that we Billionaires for Bush's Endless War on the little people will not have to contemplate the possibility that our furs and tiaras will become moistened.

by matt
Realize that when you blame SUV drivers for terrorism you are alienating a huge portion of America. Maybe if the auto companies gave us a choice between gas guzzling SUVs and fuel efficient SUVs then it wouldn't be such a problem. By your logic, all car owners are responsible for our oil wars. This is rediculous; blame the oil and auto industries and the politicians they bribe to ignore fuel efficient technology, not ordinary Americans. I don't want an SUV but it your explorer got 40 mpg then it wouldnt be an issue.
by debocracylive
Mya Cash has taken ill. Too much rich food, I suppose. Look for billionaires next time!
by freepers
that's too sad

here are some 'thoughts' expressed on the free republic site, for their strategy for today. They were discussing bothering the Direct Action training stuff at Grove and Polk:
-----------------------------------------
"I might accidently plant my 330 lb foot on someone's toe...

I like your style! It will be a pleasure to have you join us tomorrow if you can. Let's squish some toes, among other things!

STL
"
-----------------
The phone rang at 0030 hours.. it was Tom. He said he and his son had heard about our counter=hybred car parade and wanted to join us. Two souped up Pick-Up trucks will join us in the circling the wagons and then join us for the mini-rally at 10th & L Streets. One by one, two by two, it's growing... hopefully a good time in Scarmento means more who will travel with us to SF on Sunday.

The Bunker's light remain on and burn brightly in expectation of a patriotic weekend.
------------------------------
I just wanted to throw some information your way about the situation at the SF City Hall counter-protests. We don't really have our own staging area, just the City Hall steps and even so, they're not really ours. Last time, the peaceniks surged up into our ranks and insisted on trying to drown/push us out. It didn't work, but it made for some intense moments. According to the police officers right behind us, anyone can be on the steps, so they can't really protect us and "our space" (unless violence breaks out).

-----------
And I'm happy to see that the police up there helped you guys out. The thing is, San Francisco really is a different animal (literally!). We're truly on the "frontlines" here. And no disrespect to the SFPD, but let's just say, they tend to go easy on the peaceniks. Having said that, I thanked several of them after our last counter-protest and one of them answered "No, thank you."
----------------
The police officers may be out there, but, we each are responsible for our own safety. And, some of the PFOI (Peace-full-of-it) "folks" aren't so "peaceful." So, just be aware of your surroundings.

Also, one of their tactics is to try to "engage in debate." Thus, taking you off YOUR focus. So, again, be aware.
-------------
Another concern is that we know DUers and others lurk here and will know our plans. They may try to 'take the hill' before we do. Just a warning... Some communications should be offline! hint hint!

-----------
I just had a brain fart... My overtaxed mind just flashed a couple dozen Freepers on the City Hall Steps wearing gas masks... Why? You said it: "... my point is that the typical stinky, cultural marxist, Bay Area hippie re-tread is, generally speaking, not a physical threat. Unpleasant to look at, to be sure, but not physically dangerous."

The Press: "Why are you weraring gas masks?" Freeper: (pointing to the unwashed masses "Haven't you been over there yet? We're worried the wind might shift!" or "Gee, I guess one skunk doesn't recognize another by their scent, huh?"

LET'S ROLL.....
