The ground war has already started
It slipped under the radar, but Bush told the world that the ground war in Iraq has already started.
This item apparently slipped under everyone's radar, so much focus on all the lies and propaganda of the Smirking Chimp during Tuesdays "State of the
Union Address".
Bush told us that, as he spoke, their were American Troops in the North of Iraq. That means that the ground war, the invasion, has already begun.
On D-Day we sent Pathfinders into Normandy ahead of the airborne assault, OSS operatives into France, and Underwater Demolition Teams onto the beaches to prepare for the assault. Those acts also involved the use of "Special (Operations) Forces". We did the same prior to the "official" launch of the Grenada invasion, the Panama invasion, and all other invasions (which are called "Operations").
Each branch of the service has special forces. There is the Combat Control Teams of the Air Force (one hears almost nothing about them), Navy SEALS, Army Special Forces and of course the Marines consider all of their troops special forces however they do have special contingents like Marine Force Recon. All of these special forces have been gathered together under the
umbrella of the U.S. Special Operations Command.
The deployment of ground troops, including special forces, into the territory of a sovereign country is, by definition and international law, an act of war.
The juggernaut of war has already started, special ops are preparing the way via geographical and HUMINT (human intelligence) and creation of partisan formations.
Our Valentine's day gift to Iraq - the full scale launch of the invasion? "V-Day". Remember Bush said of our troops it is hours not weeks.

With our and Israeli special forces already in Iraq, wouldn't it be kind of easy to "plant" evidence to justify this war?
Seems that way to me.
It's like the crooked cops are already at the "crime scene" before the detectives show up.
