We the people must denounce Zionism in American politics and policies, as we denounce all forms of racism, including white supremacism and Nazism to name just a couple. Currently, however, Zionism has not been fully declared as racism. At one point, the UN declared that Zionism was racism, but due to pressure from American Zionists and American politicians under Zionist control due to contributions (bribes) and the Zionist media, the UN was forced to retract the statement.

When did the conflict begin? The conflict has its roots with the arrival of Zionist Jews seeking a Jewish supremacist state in Palestine in the 1890's. At that time, Palestine was then under the control of the Ottoman Territory, and later it was under control of the British after WWI.
What is Zionism? From the Oxford American Dictionary, "A movement founded in 1897 that has sought and achieved the founding and development of a Jewish homeland (now Israel) in Palestine." Please note that this homeland of Palestine, which later became homeland to Zionist Jews, was already the homeland of Palestinians. Therefore, in order to create a Jewish state, there has been ethnic cleansing of the indigenous non-Jewish Palestinians from day one of the creation of Israel in 1948 that is continuing up to this very moment in time, largely financed by American tax dollars.

These were the first of the Palestinian refugees, who now number around 5 million, and according to UN Resolutions, International Law and world opinion, they have the right to return to their ancestral homeland of Palestine-Israel, however Israel has not allowed even one Palestinian refugee to return. Yet Israel allows for all Jews from around the world to come to Israel to become instant citizens of Israel, again at the expense of U.S. taxpayers' dollars.

The largest most influential lobby groups after AARP (Retired Persons) are the Jewish lobby groups, such as AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) which advocate to the 126+ Jewish PACs (Political Action Commitees) about which political candidates to give money to and support. Their political contributions and their connections to the largely pro-Israel corporate media combine to pressure politicians to support the Zionist agenda. If any politician criticizes Israel they face "career assassination" by having their opponents get all the Zionist contributions and votes instead of them, and they face getting character assassination in the media.
What can we do to de-legitimize Zionism in American policies? We must recognize that Zionism is a racist ideology that advocates Jewish supremacism in Israel, resulting in anti-democratic, apartheid, racist practices that include ethnic cleansing of the indigenous non-Jewish people. We must educate ourselves and others about this and pressure our government not to allow for double standards when it comes to equal rights for all, whether here in the U.S. or in countries that we give aid to. Israel has defied over 80 UN Resolutions, whereas Iraq has defied 16. All racism and discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, race or sex must be outlawed and strictly enforced with no double standards, for true justice and lasting peace. We must call for an end to U.S aid and political support. to Israel until it becomes a true democracy with completely equal rights for all and allows for the return of the Palestinian refugees to their ancestral homeland of Palestine-Israel.

In 20th century Europe, people told the Jews to, "Get out and go to Palestine!"
Today, many people tell the Jews to, "Get out of Palestine and go to Elsewhere!"
For 1,500 years Jews lived as dogs in the middle east. Jews finally rise up and form their own SMALL little state, and their neighbors respond by kicking the Jews out of their countries (blaming all Jews even if they had nothing to do with anything) and trying to kill Israel.
Stop unfairly singling zionists out. Zionism was to make a safe home for Jews when they VERY BADLY needed one. Israel's goal is to exist. Stop singling Jews out for trying to make sure they can still exist. You nutcases out there who criticize Israel should go try living with the enemy of Israel - hamas, hezzbollah, islamic jihad and all the other nutcases.
Is there any reason you single Israel out for giving special treatment to Jews, but you don't single Palestine out for not allowing any Jews at all? And you don't single Iraq out for what they did to their Jewish
population? And Syria, and Lebanon, and Iraq? Is there a reason why you are ok with discrimination against Jews that has taken place in almost every
middle east country, but you are not ok with Israel giving special treatement to Jews?
Why do you single Jews out for trying to their little state, but you don't apply equal criticism to states that have been MUCH worse in their fairness?
Don't pretend that it's not about "jews" and only about "zionists." You are singling zionists out for not being perfect while trying to protect their own people, while you do not place equal attention on other people who do much worse stuff. WHy not just admit that you have agendas beyond what you claim?
Stop lying about zionism. Focus on people who are really doing bad things, not "the Jews," not "the zionists," not any one entire group of people.
Had the Palestinians cared more about their own state than about killing Israel, a state of Palestine woudl have existed already. Don't blame Israel beacuse Palestinian leadership for decades cared more about destroying Israel than focusing on their own people. There was nothing stopping arabs from making Palestine a state from 1948 to 1967, except arabs just kept trying to kill Israel. Had they left Israel alone, they'd have had yet another arab state.
When moderate Palestians have suffered all this time, it's because their leaders have been extremists who focused on destruction rather than being a neighbor.

Why do so many of you want to lie about zionism and paint it negatively? Jews got crapped on in much of the world for a very long time, and zionism was a response, to establish a safe place. It wasn't about attacking anyone, it was about defense, and safety, and a home in a land that didn't treat Jews like pets (or cockroaches).
Those of you who focus a huge amount of attention on attacking zionism are either misinformed, or more likely informed but hiding hidden agendas. Zionism is not racist, it favors Jews who are white, black and in-between. THere is no "ethnic cleansing" since the majority of Jewish semitic people and Muslim semitic people are of the same race. Also, Israeli citizens of all races and religions are still citizens, no one group is being rounded up and deported or attacked. Israel's main fight is with people who live outside of Israel and are not Israeli citizens.
Those of you who single zionism out as something bad are misguided, or with agenda. The #1 reason zionism was formed and exists was/is as a response to what Jews were put through in much of the world for the last 2000 years. It's about a safe haven.
Currently, almost 20% of Israel's citizens are not Jewish. Hundreds of thousands of Muslim Israelis work, vote and live pretty regular lives in Israel.
Palestinians kicked every Jew out of Palestinian land.
Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Palestine and almost every arab country destroyed their Jewish communities and forced Jews to flee elsewhere. Israel took the refugees in.
Yet arab countries refused to take in Palestinian refugees.
You anti-zionist loons ignore all this, you ignore balanced reality, you single Israel out for not being a better democracy than it is, yet you intentionally ignore what most arab nations did to their jews. It's ok with you that almost every Jew suffered even if they had nothing to do with Israel or anything?
You spend a huge amount of time exaggerating or lying about zionism, acting like it's a bad thing, while intentionally ignoring really bad things that don't suit your agenda.
Many arab countries blamed any Jews living there for what Jews in Israel were allegedly doing wrong. Yet you don't care. It doesn't suit your agenda. You just want to rant about what Jews do wrong, only you pretend it's all about "zionism" and politics, and hide behind a "politically correct" lie. Why not just admit it, you want to single Jewish Israelis out for what they allegedly do "wrong," while you want to forgive or ignore what was actually done to Jews in that part of the world that plays a huge role on how Israel responds to stuff.
