Tree-sitter forced down by Climber Erik in Demonstration Forest! Trees Cut!

Today, Climber Erik forced activist out of tree with help from two other climbers! Never has so many climbers attempted to extract a Tree-sitter. The activist was released with a tresspassing charge. Later in the day, The Aradia Village on Gypsy Mountain was buzzed by a helicopter beleived to be video taping the Tree-sits there. Meanwhile, in Freshwater Tree-sitters watched over 40 trees fall...getting closer daily. Then a surprise visitor came to the lower village...Steve Wills, owner of Steve Wills Logging, Pacific Lumber's main sub-contractor and his daughter, who informed us of all the distorted and non-correlating figures and facts about logging history inFreshwater. They also refuted and excused the information and figures found by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, which sponsored the most extensive watershed analysis ever done in California. Freshwater was part of that study! SteveWills tried to divert the dialogue to all other aspects of environmental destruction besides logging. After coming to some stiff disagreements in opinion, Activists told him to "beat it" and that Steve Wills and Pacific Lumber were not welcome here and that they were trespassing according to the Laws of Nature! The group left promptly. Around 3 o'colck, Carl Anderson, Head of Pacific Lumber Security, and a Scotia-Pacific Suburban made the rounds in Freshwater starting at Marvelous, on Kneeland Rd. making their way to Wren and Remedy's Tree-sits and then visiting the Lower Village for about 45 min. There, a masked activist went out on a traverse and hung upside down, warning "that as long as P.L. continued to log irresposibly in this area, and disregard the facts, and blatently ignore the want sand wishes of nearby residents, that more Tree-sits, and more Non-violent Direct Action will target the circus act for a logging outfit that is being put on display for all the world to see! The group had several video and still cameras and were believed to be checking out the scene for attempting to extract the Sitters! THE FRESHWATER TREE-SITS NEED YOUR SUPPORT!!!
