U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein:

This is notice that your office is required by oath to move for the impeachment of President George w. Bush for treason. Your motion can be based on 88 pages of documents in support of impeachment that were received by your and your colleagues’ Capitol offices yesterday.

Our President apparently disarmed our $385 billion defenses to enable the criminal attacks of 9/11. He then clearly failed to take command. This was probably in order to aide the planned assassinations of his running mate, certain aides, and possibly the First Lady.

The assassination plans failed due to 41 minutes of mechanical failure on United Flight 93. He then clearly ordered the passenger controlled flight shot down probably in order to destroy evidence. This amounts to mass murder. Every action that his office has taken since this crime has been for the primary purpose of covering up the above crimes and abuses of power. His actions certainly have not been for the people and not in accordance with our Constitutions which all elected officers are required to support. Thousand of innocent Afghans have been killed without cause. Thousands of foreign mercenaries have been detained without voice. His unconstitutional ventures may have bankrupted us. He may get us into war over oil and drugs

It appears that impeachable President Bush is being protected by the Brown machine, which, as I have been claiming since 1996, is our county’s number one domestic enemy. From personal experience since 1986, I know that your elected offices have favored the political protection and extortion rackets run by Willie L. Brown, Jr. They have been operative from his elected offices since 1964 in favor of organized crime. California’s abused Burton Trust and the forced bankruptcy of PG&E in favor of Enron builder Ken Lay are examples of his mischief.

Da Phantom Governor can influence the advertising expenditure of any corporation that vends into the world’s sixth largest economy. No editor, politician, or elected judge will cross him.

As you may recall, my horse drawn enterprise has been a victim of Brown’s abuses of power since 1986. In order for my 19th century amusement to survive at that time, the Board of Supervisors for the City and County of San Francisco adopted an ordinance that allows horses to stand in the city for up to 12 hours without a stable permit. File No. 188-87 barely passed under the sponsorship of Supervisor Carol Ruth Silver, aided by Supervisor Robert Gonzalez. Your office of mayor was supportive of my opposition, Brown machine enabled PIER 39.

Prior to the Bush-rigged November 5th election, Mayor Brown was also our Shadow President. Had hijacked Flight 93 attacked as planned, he would probably be our Vice President today.

It is time to clean House. Over 3,000 citizens were fatal victims of the unsolved crimes of 9/11.

If you ignore this notice, you will not only be disloyal to your California constituents, you will be aiding and abetting an assassination conspiracy, a mass murder, and treason.
