YAWN: Israel Kills Two More Palestinian Children Today
If even a single Israeli child were killed by Palestinians, you know this would be breaking news on all the US networks.

29 December 2002
In what is becoming a daily ritual, the Israeli occupation army on Sunday murdered two Palestinian school kids on their way to school, one in the northern West Bank town of Tulkarm and the other in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources said Israeli army soldiers mounting armoured personnel carriers opened fire indiscriminately on schoolchildren in the streets of Tulkarm. Eleven-year old Abdel-Karim Salameh was killed after he was shot in the head by Israeli fire. Witnesses said he was about 500 meters from a crowd throwing stones at occupation soldiers, and thus not involved in any of these activities.
Another boy of the same age was sustained a serious gunshot wounds, according to eyewitnesses.
Abdel-Karim was the tenth Palestinian school child to be shot and killed by Israeli occupation troops in the past three weeks.
Another school child, a nine-year-old Palestinian girl Hanin Abu Suleiman, was shot and killed outside her home in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, yesterday.
The occupation army often seeks to justify shootings by claiming that children routinely throw stones at Israeli tanks.
Interestingly, the US, which criticizes and condemns all Palestinian resistance attacks, including those targeting Israeli occupation soldiers, refuses even to censure her "special ally" for the daily killing of Palestinian children.
On Saturday, two Palestinians were badly injured in Gaza when Israeli occupation tanks opened fire on civilian neighbourhoods at Beit Hanun in the northern Gaza Strip.
