THE SUPERVISORS ARE PAID BY ALL OF US. The supervisors are elected by district, but they are paid by all of us and make decisions about the whole city. Thus, it is OUR DUTY to call any and all of them on any and all pieces of legislation. This is called participatory democracy, the only real kind of democracy there is.
