The event was held on Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at the Women's Building as part of a week of action.

Thank you for posting that. It was doubtless a lot of work to get all that documentation of contamination given the repression of activists by the Ecuadorean government.

I hope this helps people put a human and ecological face on what's been going on the last 50 years. So tragic, so much destruction.
