This thing has Bush's fingerprints all over it -- he can't stand the notion of democratically elected leaders obstructing his greedy pals in the oil business.
Actually, I'm thinking more in the terms of New York Strip (medium rare), baked potato (loaded), various fresh vegetables, various fruit selections, Greek salad, freshly baked bread, and an adult beverage.
