Great. This meaningless gesture symbolizes that many of its residents favor the use of force as political tool. If a few of my friends made it public that we intend to rape your wives and enslave your children, we will count on your support to dissuade the law from stopping us.
While we're at it, can we expect you help us repeal gun laws too? You see, they are pre-emptive strikes on our ability to reign terror in urban areas. Why punish us before we shoot somebody?

When you have cities as diverse as Oakland, Santa Fe , Detroit, San Francisco , and Washington DC AGAINST BUSH'S WAR, then you know there is no American support for this WAR!
