Indymedia Buries Palestine Issue
Indymedia is supposed to be so concerned about the mistreatment of our fellow human beings at the hands of the rich and powerful. Yet why is there not one big headline story on their homepage about the longest military occupation in modern history?
Take a look at the main stories on Indymedia's homepage.
One sees stories about homelessness, torture and abuse of human rights, free trade issues, anti-war but no mention of Palestine....
Get the drift? Obviously, there are some Zionist Jews who are moderating SF Indymedia. Something should be done about this kind of censure and deliberate obscuring of the biggest issue of our day: the Palestine-Israel conflict.
The mother of all human abuse and rights issues, the on-going Israeli war on Palestinians, includes homelessness, torture, abuse, denial of work, denial of education, constant military harassment daily at checkpoints and with roadblocks, curfews and randam arrests and detainments. This is a massive issue that must not be covered up! Especially not on so-called "independent" media! Palestine should be at the top of the home page until the Occupation ends!
