Willie Brown Hurls Zionist Smear in Dist 8

When the Red smear won’t work, the Democrats use the Zionist smear to attack a pro-tenant Democrat. As the returns rolled in, anti-tenant, anti-Semitic, fascist, election-frauding Willie Brown rolled over to the phones and played the Zionist crony game to get the local Democratic Central Committee to endorse his flunky, Bevan Dufty, a staunch Zionist, in the District 8 Dec 10 runoff election against Eileen Hansen, a pro-tenant Democrat who is Jewish and like many of the Jewish community and others, is concerned about the Palestinians.

To play the Zionist smear is to promote anti-Semitism, just as to promote the racist, theocratic, US military base to protect US oil profits in the Middle East known as Israel is to promote anti-Semitism. Thus, Willie Brown and his fascist, anti-tenant gang are anti-Semitic by definition. Just hurl the anti-Semitic epithet right back in Willie Brown-Bevan Dufty’s face, where it belongs.

Supervisorial District 8 in San Francisco consists of the Castro, Noe Valley, DuBoce Triangle, Glen Park, Diamond Heights and part of the North Mission areas, all strong tenant areas and a stronghold of the gay community. For a while during the dot-com boom, there was some gentrification, but its basic character is still pro-tenant and very progressive on all local issues. Israel/Palestine is of course thousands of miles away from little District 8, and the Board of Supervisors does not make decisions about Israel/Palestine; it does make decisions about tenants, in particular about our precious, hard-fought-for, never-to-be-tampered-with, RIGHT TO RENT CONTROL.

Now is the time for all those Democrats and supporters in District 8 to finally and forever get rid of that stench in San Francisco politics known as Willie Brown, by far the worst, stinking rotten piece of trash to sit in the mayor’s office in San Francisco history.
