Stop Willie Brown's Attack on Supe Salaries

On Election Day, Nov. 5, 2002, San Francisco voters voted in the majority for Prop J so that the Board of Supevisors may be considered fulltime workers and receive fulltime salaries from the Civil Service Commisssion. "Mayor" Willie Brown apparently plans to spend his last Good Riddance Year in office showing his usual, despicable, illegal contempt for the will of the voters by denying those raises to our supervisors. It is time we, the people of San Francisco, make our voices heard in protest of this fascist's actions and in support of pay raises for our supervisors.

You may have read about this viciously anti-labor, criminal action on the part of the illegal “mayor’ Willie Brown, who currently sits in office with 40% of the vote plus election fraud and now only 20% support, in two recent columns of Matier & Ross in the San Francisco Chronicle:

As far as I am concerned, the supervisor’s each deserve a salary of $100,000 per year plus medical, dental and retirement benefits that all other civil service employees receive. The final salary should not be a political decision by anti-labor, anti-tenant, anti-public power, anti-homeless, fascist, organized crime election-frauding thugs like “mayor” Willie Brown, but up to the same Civil Service Commission that routinely gives him annual pay raises, which millionaire Willie Brown, with his pension from the California taxpayers for his worthless years in the California Assembly from 1965 to 1995, and his millions of dollars in investment income, does not need.

Regardless of how much you think they should receive, Willie Brown should not have anything to do with that salary; that is a decision of the Civil Service Commission, who set the salary after they compare salaries and benefits of county supervisors in similar metropolitan areas.

Clearly, Willie Brown deserves to have the residents of San Francisco to do what we do best during his last Good Riddance Year in office: COMPLAIN loudly, clearly and often, in fact, the entire Good Riddance Year until he leaves office in January 2004.

There are two entities responsible for the criminal actions of Willie Brown, namely the thug himself, and the Democratic Central Committee, which has endorsed him for his 30 years in the assembly and his 7 years in office as mayor. The election fraud he committed on June 3, 1997 for the 49er Stadium Swindle, which can be studied at http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium, and for his “re-election” in December 1999, has never been retracted or apologized for by this same Democratic Central Committee. They will have to tell their good Democrat, Willie Brown, to either obey the will of the voters without playing political games or resign immediately.
