While he was finance chairman at enron his private company was paid to study the power plants and rate them for output and air quality by the EPA. They were even paid to calibrate the final testing instruments and were supposed to keep that "secret".
His holdings include the records of most all of us and more data and data control than you would believe. Since Enron's planned but premature collapse his name is getting harder to find. This man and his ilk's greed will make you sick if you can grasp it.
