Manchurian Candidate Turns Up on Hypnotic Cue

It looks as though the System now has its requisite "Muslim monster," John Allen Muhammad, a U.S. Army veteran, in theatrical custody. The supposed "sniper" has apparently been struck with that ancient malady, masonic apoplexy:

"The link to the two Washington men came in part from a call from the suspected sniper himself. In the call, the sniper told investigators to look into an incident in Montgomery, Alabama, a federal law-enforcement official said." Source: Seattle Times, Oct. 24

"The snipers" self-destructed on hypnotic cue:

Reading a carefully drafted message to the sniper late Wednesday night, Chief Moose said: "You have indicated you want us to say and do certain things. You want us to say, 'We have caught the sniper like a duck in the noose.' We understand that hearing us say it is important to you."

A few hours after Chief Moose broadcast the cue, and police had issued an all-points bulletin for the suspects' car, the two suspects were found conveniently asleep in the wanted car, at a public rest stop, near I-70, a heavily-traveled Interstate highway. The Manchurian Candidate

..The story is a matter of many levels, some of them frightening, some pointed with satirical barbs. In a riveting opening sequence, a group of American combat infantrymen are shown being brainwashed by a confident Chinese Communist hypnotist, who has them so surely under his control that one man is ordered to strangle his buddy and cheerfully complies.

Two members of the group get our special attention: the characters played by Frank Sinatra and Laurence Harvey. Harvey seems to be the main target of the Chinese scheme, which is to return him to American society as a war hero, and then allow him to lead a normal life until he is triggered by a buried hypnotic suggestion and turned into an assassin completely brainwashed to take orders from his enemy controller.

Harvey does indeed re-enter society, where he is the son of a Republican dowager (Angela Lansbury) and the stepson of her husband (James Gregory). Gregory becomes a leading candidate for his party's presidential nomination... Meanwhile, Sinatra also returns to civilian life, but he is haunted by nightmares in which he dimly recalls the details of the brainwashing. He contacts Harvey (who is not, we must remember, a conscious assassin, but a brainwashed victim). Sinatra also becomes central to a Pentagon investigation of a possible plot that affected all the members of his platoon, which disappeared on patrol and returned telling the same fabricated story.

Midway in his investigation, Sinatra meets and falls in love with a woman played by Janet Leigh, and their relationship provides the movie with what looks to me like a subtle, tantalizing suggestion of an additional level of intrigue. They meet in the parlor car of a train, where Sinatra, shaking, cannot light a cigarette and knocks over the table with his drink on it. Leigh follows him to the space between cars, lights a cigarette for him and engages him in a very weird conversation, after which they fall in love and she quickly ditches her fiance. What's going on here?

My notion is that Sinatra's character is a Manchurian killer, too - one allowed to remember details of Harvey's brainwashing because that would make him seem more credible. And Leigh? She is Sinatra's controller.

This possible scenario simply adds another level to a movie already rich in intrigue. The depths to which the Lansbury character will sink in this movie must be seen to be believed...By the end of the film, so many different people have used so many different strategies on Harvey's overtaxed brain that he is almost literally a zombie, unable to know what to believe, incapable of telling who can be trusted... Inside Jokes

There are at least three inside jokes on the public reported in connection with this morning's developments. The brazen conveyance of a hypnotic cue in public ("You want us to say, 'We have caught the sniper like a duck in the noose.' We understand that hearing us say it is important to you."), the sleeper agent who is reported as having been captured asleep, and this bit of satirical nose-thumbing at our intelligence:

"According to several news reports, authorities spent so much time trying to collect forensic evidence from the letter, which was retrieved from Saturday night's shooting site in Ashland, Va., that they missed a deadline the sniper had imposed." (Seattle Times, Oct. 24).

Masquerades like the D.C. Sniper gambit are often accompanied by malicious inside jokes, in the spirit of the Hell-Fire Club. Cf. Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare 2001, pp. 57-58.

Fort Lewis is home to sniper assessment program

Fort Lewis, home to 21,000 troops in the Tacoma (Washington) area, has a sniper assessment program through which marksmen candidates can try to qualify for the rigorous U.S. Army's Sniper School headquartered at Fort Benning, Ga.

But whether a former Fort Lewis soldier (John Allen Muhammad), who was arrested early Thursday, Oct. 24 for questioning in the Washington, D.C.-area shootings ever was part of it or desired to be part of it was not disclosed by authorities last night.

...Military officials say candidates don't just have to shoot well, but must be also be disciplined and focused. Prerequisites include a trouble-free record, demonstrated patience, 20-20 or correctable vision... Potential snipers gleaned from infantry, special operations and other units also must first score "expert" at least three times in a row during rifle qualifications as a prerequisite, military officials said. Students learn advanced marksmanship, ballistics, memory techniques, stalking and concealment during their 5-week training.

An Occult Charade

At this point in the sniper(s) case we are seeing expanding dimensions of what my late mentor James Shelby Downard would term an "occult charade."

I have not written lately about this case because I do not wish to be lured into arriving at premature conclusions, such as have been floated by others, especially at the point when the shooter(s) had allegedly killed nine and wounded 11 (9/11). Some Internet scribes fell for this rush-to-judgement pitfall by proclaiming a 9/11 sniper signature or message. One must be prudent and avoid forcing data to fit one's own personal prejudices or pet theories. Wishful thinking has no place in sleuthing. Such thinking is the mark of an enthusiast rather than a sleuth and only serves the Cryptocracy by performing the X-Files function of muddying the waters and generating "noise."

The Feds are certainly capable of playing pranks on investigators and the public and I would characterize at least some of the reports about this case on Oct. 21 and 22 as telephone pranks and deliberate misdirection, such as what a stage magician uses. For example, the white van parked at the pay phone with two dark-skinned, Hispanic suspects who were said not to be involved, and yet the pay phone where their white van was parked had actually been used by "the sniper" to make a call to police, or so we were fleetingly told. (In part three of this series we mentioned the phonological coding system of the advertising industry as it relates to the formulation of such brand names as Exxon, Vioxx and Viagra. We noted that these are known in the industry as PHONEmes).

Almost all of the "expert criminologists" and former or current "profilers" consulted by the corporate media are beholden to either the corporate media or the police for their continued livelihood and public prominence, and they generally do not challenge the official line in any substantive manner. Lately it has been claimed by these "expert criminologists" that the sniper is a control-freak and that he is "in control of this case." But of course the sniper(s) is not in control. At most, "the sniper" is a partner with the media and police in controlling and shaping how the case is presented to the public and thus, how consensus reality is manufactured.

For example, it is the police who routinely confirm that all the shooting victims are victims of the same sniper(s), based on bullets allegedly extracted from bodies and subsequent police ballistic tests. So-called expert criminologists who automatically proceed from the assumption that the police are retailing infallible truth about the victims and the bullets, are about as sophisticated as the kids who whitewashed Tom Sawyer's fence. Have the media sent their own independent ballistics technicians to confirm the police findings? Without independent corroboration of police ballistics tests, I do not see how any authentic criminologist or journalist can assume anything about who killed the victims grouped and ascribed to "the sniper."

Boston mobster Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi was able to murder numerous rivals with assistance from the Boston bureau of the FBI. Former FBI officials Larry Potts and Danny Coulson, who serve as media consultants on this sniper case, ordered the murder of the Weaver family in Idaho by sniper Lon Horiuchi. The top police investigator of England's Jack the Ripper murders, Freemason Sir Charles Warren, destroyed critical evidence in the Ripper case. The New York City police gave details of the whereabouts of Son of Sam eyewitnesses whose testimony conflicted with the official line, to criminal elements in New York. The FBI was shepherding Ted Kaczynski long before "Unabom" (an FBI construct) came to national prominence. Some of the Sept. 11 hijackers were shepherded by U.S. and Israeli intelligence assets right up to their Newark and Boston departure gates. The U.S. news media are fully aware of this sordid police history and of the cops-are- the-robbers scenario within law enforcement, yet they pretend as though the police in the sniper case were ipso facto, perpetual and unimpeachable paragons of integrity and veracity. But dissenters within police ranks say otherwise (see below).

The sniper(s) invisibility and elusiveness plants the subconscious suggestion in the Group Mind of the populace that the sniper(s) has: 1. extraordinary (almost occult) powers (thus heightening the haunting aura of terror, awe and mass attraction that surround the case); and/or 2. that he is a member of the police force that is allegedly searching for the sniper, since that would explain the ease with which he evades capture.

Even though the supposed "hunt for the sniper" is largely being managed by the secret police agencies of the Federal government, local sheriffs and chiefs of police in Virginia and Maryland are being used as the mediagenic, folksy frontmen assigned to holding the news conferences (as of this writing, though in the last 24 hours Attorney General John Ashcroft has begun to assume a higher public profile in the case).

Conflicting signals and double-mindedness are necessary for sowing the amnesia and abulia (loss of will) which the U.S. government wishes to seed among its subject population. One has only to study the Pentagon's Urban Warfare Doctrine to see the key role which "information superiority" i.e. psychological warfare (PSYOP) and control of the media, play in manipulating a target population. PSYOP, according to the Pentagon's doctrine, entails having the media disseminate only the "approved message." The "approved message" generates confusion and defeatism among the resistance by sickening the mind of the population, in part by sending conflicting signals and propagating the double-mind, thereby "modifying attitudes and behavior of selected audiences." Cf. U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, "Joint Publication 3-06: Doctrine for Joint Urban Operations," (The Pentagon: Washington, D.C., Sept. 16, 2002).

The corporate media in the U.S. have a thick portfolio of photographs of Donald Rumsfeld shaking hands, smiling and cordially conferring with Saddam "Poison
Gas" Hussein during the 1980s, when the Reagan administration was using secular, anti-fundamentalist, Baathist Iraq to make war on the emergent Islamic Republic of Iran. Prominent publication of these Rumsfeld/Saddam photos on television and in the press, accompanied by analysis and context, would seriously undermine the Bush administration's war aims as well as the ambitions of Republican candidates for Senate and the House of Representatives. However, since the corporate media desire the conquest of Iraq on grounds of Israeli "security" and U.S. acquisition of oil reserves, no such expose is in the offing. Furthermore, since the Republican party under George W. Bush has become more kosher than the Democrats, "liberal news media bias" against the Republican White House has abated, at least long enough for Bush to accomplish the military and geo-political objectives of his Israeli masters.

The suppression of the information about Rumsfeld's role as Saddam's one-time ally, is not air-tight, however. British reporter Robert Fisk has written about it and the facts have seeped around the Internet and into the fringes of the general population, where this minority truth collides with the majority's media-sown delusion that Rumsfeld has always been an implacable foe of Saddam. The end-result of the collision is bi-polar: generating conflicting signals and double-minded men. Couple these competing realities with the revelation that Communist North Korea has nuclear weapons and that Saddam only seeks them, and yet we are talking to Red Korea while bombing Iraq, and the double-mind is cleaved like a watermelon at a summer picnic.

Bi-polar is said to be a psychiatric condition. The imposition of such a condition on a target population, in this case the American people, is a recognized form of psychological warfare, along lines demarcated by the Pentagon's Doctrine for Joint Urban Operations. The Pentagon's PSYOP tactics are being practiced near the heart of the sniper(s) turf, at the U.S. Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory in Quantico, Virginia.

Exactly one year ago, in October of 2001, America was in the grip of an "Arab terrorist" anthrax scare that kept hundreds of thousands of children indoors on Halloween and made millions of Americans apprehensive about opening their mail. The person or persons responsible for the dissemination of the anthrax toxin (which emanated from a U.S. government laboratory) have not, as yet, been apprehended.

Now, in October, 2002 the region in and around the nation's capital, the "District of Columbia" (Columbia is America's occult name), is in the grip of a "serial" killer sniper scare that keeps tens of thousands of children indoors and millions of Americans in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia apprehensive about being outside. The person or persons responsible for the shootings (which I suspect may emanate from a U.S. government behavior control laboratory) have not as of this writing been apprehended.

FORMER POLICE SERGEANT TELLS OF GOVERNMENT ASSASSIN

Our reporting about the sniper in the HOFFMAN WIRE have led to more tips from honest, dissenting members of the U.S. government and police. The latest information comes from a former sergeant who served with one of the nation's largest metropolitan police departments. He contacted us and offered the following information:

"An NBC reporter, Jeff Bloom, broadcast from the field, that Chief Moose has proven to be unreliable and so it was determined by the FBI and CIA that 'scripting' had to be used for his press interviews.

"...These fact scenarios now in evidence in 13 separate events are either done by an ordinary domestic based criminal; or by a foreign national/terrorist-type or by a government black-operative(s).

"In the case of the latter scenario, the difficulty of committing these crimes in an uncharacteristically unprofessional manner which leaves a set pattern of 'evidence' behind tends to indicate the impossible being done at random crime scenes. To replicate what an ordinary criminal would do in these many instances is not that predictable, because the ordinary criminal often isn't predictable and the ordinary criminal isn't capable of planning perfect or near perfect crimes more than once, let alone multiple times.

"The scenario for a foreign/national terrorist type of suspect has broader implications beyond the scope of what a domestic-bred criminal accomplish. The foreign/ national Islamic-type would be the civilian equivalent of a blank check authorization from the American public for the President to go to war with Iraq, et al.

"The Black-op perpetrator will in all likelihood never be caught, unless of course someone on the inside has a conscience, a paid up insurance policy and equally good stealth and shooting talents.

"I have a former partner who has been an assassin for this government and operating on the east coast for the last 15 or so years. I've wondered how long he could function before his 'usefulness' would render him expendable. It's probably not him, in this caper because people like me could identity him as a government employee." As you know from my other e-mail I work for the Defense Department...While I am a well compensated member of the military-industrial complex I have had growing concern over the years about the direction of our government and who is really controlling it. I wrote you recently about the D. C. Sniper asking you if you believed this killing spree was an occult black arts operation and this has initiated e-mail from you on the subject.

...The ARL or Airborne Reconnaissance Low aircraft is a manned, fixed-wing ISR military asset (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance), or, as was stated in an Associated Press report, a "top secret Army spy aircraft." What exactly does it do? It looks like a conventional commuter aircraft as it is a modified De Havilland DASH-7, but it is loaded with sensors and radar.

...it collects data for various intelligence disciplines, e.g. ELINT (electronics intelligence: fax intercepts), COMMINT (cell phone intercepts), IMINT (imagery intelligence-more specifically infrared photographs which show how long vehicles have left a parking space by the heat signature of the space when compared to the surrounding areas), and MASINT -- measurement and signature intelligence -- e.g. all electronic devices have their own specific signature on the electromagnetic spectrum. If you turn on a cell phone, even without dialing, this equipment can pick it up and geo-locate it.

We are using the ARL primarily for its IMINT capability, to capture infrared pictures of a plume of smoke from the sniper's rifle. However, this is still a high-tech version of finding a needle in a haystack, given the large area that the sniper is operating in. Currently the U.S. Military uses this asset in Korea to patrol the DMZ with North Korea and in counter-drug operations in Latin America.

This would be the first time that very sophisticated U.S. Military intelligence assets would be used against a (supposed) U.S. citizen in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1877. Thus we see the real reason for the D.C. Sniper -- to get our military to conduct operations against U.S. citizens with the approval of those citizens. I note also that gun grabbers Chuck Shummer and Connie Morella have a bill to register the 'signature' of every firearm sold in the U.S. in a further attempt to use the current hysteria to gut the Second Amendment.

...the military is very concerned about the erosion of the Posse Comitatus division between police and military work in the U.S. but military assets have been used in the past few years to digitally map with infrared sensors most of the major cities of the U.S. I've heard a lieutenant general high in Army intelligence speak of the fact that all 21st century wars will be urban wars since most people in the world will soon live in urban areas. This may explain the need for a war with Iraq: our leaders want our military to have a Stalingrad or Berlin house-to-house battle in Baghdad in order to train them for coming events...(some of those events will be here in the U.S.)

The military who work on the ARL program did not know that the Pentagon had released the information to the press...about the ARL deployment to D.C. until they saw it on the Internet. Most of the military, like the police and the bureaucracy are not in on the scam, except at the highest levels. It looks like Secretary Rumsfeld wants the people to know that the U.S. Military will "save" them from the sniper so they will welcome military intrusion into their lives.

As the French say, sometimes the poison and the antidote are concocted in the same laboratory. Or as E.Michael Jones put it recently: the government is often the arsonist and the fireman.

Part 5: Masonic Apoplexy

What was Linda Franklin, a woman CNN describes as "an intelligence operations specialist for the FBI," doing at the Seven Corners shopping mall Oct. 14, when the sniper(s) was stalking there? Just a coincidence?

FBI agent Franklin was subsequently killed and the media attribute her death to the "sniper."

In the movie "US Marshals" starring Al Gore's buddy Tommy Lee Jones, a US Marshal is deliberately killed by other US Marshals. The dead Marshal in the fictional movie bore the name of a famous FBI-connected "serial" killer, "Kaczynski."

US and Israeli Intelligence seem to have had advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, but they didn't warn former FBI Commander O'Neill who died at the World Trade Center (albeit by an unfortunate "accident"; an accident on par with the one that caused one-half billion dollars in gold to vanish from the World Trade Center's Federal offices).

Police officials and their mouthpiece media are saying the sniper's alleged murder of the FBI intelligence operations specialist has no particular significance and was just a coincidence:

"Charles Moose, the police chief of Montgomery County in neighboring Maryland, said Franklin, an FBI intelligence analyst, was not involved in the sniper investigation and was therefore considered yet another random victim." (Reuters, filed at 7:48 p.m. ET, Oct. 15, 2002).

The spectre of Arab terrorism is now being introduced to the idyll:

"Federal investigators refused Tuesday (Oct. 15) to rule out the possibility that organized terrorist groups are behind the shootings that have left some residents apprehensive all around the nation's capital. 'The communities are terrorized,' said the homeland security director, Tom Ridge, who said federal investigators don't know whether the sniper might be a domestic or international terrorist or is working alone. Asked whether there were links to al-Qaida or other foreign terrorists, Ridge said, 'I don't think we can foreclose that. Certainly, nobody in the FBI or the White House has foreclosed that.'' (AP, filed at 8:23 p.m. ET, Oct. 15, 2002).

But if this is a possible Islamic terrorist act, then how do the police know for certain that the shooting of the FBI official was "random" rather than deliberate? Only someone inside the supposed "terror cell" could know that.

Moreover, do religious fundamentalist Muslims engage in occult word play and drop Tarot cards around their killing zones? Sirhan Sirhan might have done so, because he was programmed by U.S. Intelligence to kill Robert F. Kennedy.

Masonic Apoplexy

How is it that the shooter or shooters have the guile, meticulous planning, control and prudence to elude massive police roadblocks and dragnets, but allegedly travel day in and day out to the murder scenes in the same light-colored "astro van" with a defective taillight and a telltale silver ladder on the roof?

Those who have been programmed to kill on cue are often also programmed to self-destruct or self-incriminate on cue.

In the wake of the most famous masonic murder in America, the assassination in New York of writer William Morgan in 1826, the investigators of that time remarked on the tendency of the "mesmerized" perpetrators to incriminate themselves or commit suicide. The investigators of that era dubbed this strange phenomenon "Masonic apoplexy."

An Electrifying Masquerade

What has happened to the Oct. 11, 12 and 13 focus on a large white commercial truck with the words "Total Recall" on the side? The words on the truck have faded from the official record and the two trucks, the tradesman's large white truck pictured in the Sunday N.Y. Times of Oct. 13, and the astral astro van, now back in the limelight as of Oct. 14, appear and disappear from the list of suspect-connected vehicles, episodically.

Is St. Michael, the patron of those who fight Satan, somehow being invoked, with the shootings near the Michael's Craft store? Or does "Michael's craft" have a darker connotation?

One thing is certain: the emotional energy of the Group Mind is focused now like a burning light in a mirror. Not since Sept. 11, 2001 has there been such a focus of the national psyche. Scott Thornsley, a "criminal justice scholar" is reputed by the AP to have said that the shooter(s) "is planning how to increase the thrill level" (AP, filed at 9:46 a.m. ET, Oct. 15, 2002). The question is, whose "thrill level" -- that of the shooters' or the public?

The spotlight is on, and the masses are paying strict attention to Pres. Bush's "noble resistance" to gun-grabber "firearms fingerprinting"; to the urgent need for surveillance cameras and satellites everywhere, and military assistance and intervention in domestic affairs; to the FBI's 400 assigned detectives, to random traffic stops by police who terrorize citizens in white vehicles. The mounting tension, fear, anxiety and expectation in connection with the sniper are palpable, commensurate with the melodramatic media "Countdown on War with Iraq."

All this is building to a spasm of ecstatic release--the anticipated thrill of the imminent capture of the fiendish culprit(s), the release of missiles on Iraq, and the post- spasm euphoria of a mystery solved and the "case closed," the way it was on the days when David Berkowitz and Ted Kaczynski were captured, days when even the lowliest junior detective would tell you those cases should have been wide open.

The sniper case is not a matter of good vs. evil, as the goyim imagine. It is about cryonic, freeze-thaw Revelation of the Method amid the clamor of adrenaline- pumping thrills. It is a medieval mystery play for the Pepsi Generation, a black Mass for the wired, a sobering parable about the crying need for a benevolent Super- State, an army of cops and a digital All-seeing Eye to "keep us safe." After all, this is the 21st century! "Life is not so simple anymore."

The last time I witnessed a police dragnet comparable to the one in Maryland on Monday night, was when neo-Nazi patsy Buford Furrow--after shooting up a Jewish daycare center on cue--was being hunted by the LAPD. Like the sniper(s) in Maryland, he easily eluded the formidable Los Angeles police and their intensive manhunt, tiptoed through the roadblocks and chopper spotter beams, and got all the way to Las Vegas, where he promptly reported directly to his handlers at FBI headquarters there.

In a previous HOFFMAN WIRE I drew attention to the symbolism of the masked man who was shown manning the police roadblock near the scene of the Exxon gas station sniper attack. Footage of the masked man at the roadblock was repeatedly aired on television.

Perps at the epicenter of an immense manhunt, inside a white van with defective rear lights and bearing a rooftop silver ladder, usually only elude thousands of police, hounds and helicopters because they are the police in some sense or other. I am not here indicting the lowly cop on the beat or even every FBI agent; only those with responsibility for this electrifying masquerade, the first major black-op in America since the 9/11 intelligence coup itself.

Part 4: Your Letters About the D.C. Sniper

Editor's Note: Like many of you I am inundated with hundreds of messages by e-mail daily. This is the first time I am publishing a few of them. I do not particularly invite correspondence and can reply to very little of it. If I replied to most of it, I would be doing very little else. One must strike a via media between ignoring the Internet and becoming so consumed by it that it steals time from other valuable outlets for work and study.

In our first letter to the editor below, the correspondent is reacting to a note I e-mailed him concerning the police personnel manning an alleged roadblock, one of whom was wearing a mask. My note read: "I noticed yesterday that one of the road blocks was manned by a police officer wearing a full face mask. The roadblock was very close to the X-on sniper kill site. Why would a policeman be masked? Could he himself possibly be the sniper? If that were the case, that would be quite a macabre, Hell-Fire Club jest on the goyim, wouldn't it?"

Sometimes SWAT team members wear masks to protect their identity. There are clearly two trucks involved, the white utility truck in the composite sketch, and the astro van. This could be a government psy-op, or a sophisticated Arab terrorist operation designed to keep residents near the D.C. metro area "under curfew," as long as the people in occupied Palestine remain under Israeli-imposed curfew.

HOFFMAN REPLIES: My gut instinct is that this is a U.S. government ritual murder series akin to so many I have reported in the past (Unabom, Son of Sam, Double Initial). That doesn't negate the possibility that the Feds will come up with a sleeping-walking Sirhan Sirhan type of Arab patsy, but if that's their game, why the Tarot card, which is not exactly a Muslim signature?

I agree about the two trucks. The latest focus is on a large truck. The previous focus was on the astro van. The word astro connotes the stars, higher extra-terrestrial realms. It is also one of the phonemes because astro van is heard as "astral" van. I made reference in a previous HOFFMAN WIRE to the astral plane, now we have an astral van, at least phonetically.

After reading the new "Dee See" material on your website, I think it would benefit those people who are not oriented towards the recognition of occult aspects of murders such as those in Maryland if you would mention that the "death" card actually symbolizes transformation--as in transformation of the group mind. Absolutely a dead giveaway, like seeing the naked hand of the conspirators. I somehow believe that detail would make it easier for newbies to grasp the concept of mass processing, or "civic magic."

I read in the paper this morning that although the cops have a "composite" picture of the white truck supposedly used by the shooter(s), witnesses cannot agree on the writing that they saw on the truck, nor can they come up with a license plate number. This puzzling amnesia creates an air of surrealism. Just so. I pray that the victims rest with God in peace, and that their families will see justice done.

From a mind-control perspective, there's a more interesting implication of "Total Recall" (if indeed that was seen on the truck; I've haven't heard that in the news; can anyone confirm?). The movie "Total Recall" describes a "zombie" programmed with hidden commands to execute a specific mission. Is the perp (or perps) signaling their awareness that they are programmed?

Here is a synopsis of the movie Total Recall: "In the distant future man colonizes Mars while virtual reality has become a substitute for a vacation. One company, "Recall," can implant memories of any event into one's mind for a price. The memories and experiences implanted seem as real as if they actually occurred. One man, as played by Arnold Schwarzenegger, decides to go to Recall and have a memory implanted of a vacation on Mars (or what he thinks is a memory implant). HOFFMAN REPLIES: The truck was identified as having the words "Total Recall" on it, on one of the morning news shows last week. The morning TV news channels I have access to are ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and MSNBC. The report about the words "Total Recall" being lettered on the suspicious truck was made on one of those networks by a reporter or anchor. In the Oct. 13 edition of the NY Times a photo of the suspect white truck was shown with the phrase "Unknown Words" printed on the side. The significance of words in connection with the sniper case is being emphasized here, though the words themselves are evanescent, flashing on and off like the Cheshire cat's smile, leaving almost no trail (until the Profilers decide to script a more tangible trail for us through their mouthpiece media).

I wanted to remind you, if you weren't aware that "Total Recall" is a movie based on a book by Phillip K. Dick, the Gnostic paranoid sci-fci writer. I just saw the latest movie to be based on his work, "Minority Report." I think you would have a field day with it. One of the scenes near the end of "Minority Report" features Tom Cruise in a Unabom hooded cape on top of a DC building with the Washington monument obelisk in the background. This movie is a Spielberg production. I think you would enjoy dissecting "Minority Report" and I would like to get your take on it.

HOFFMAN REPLIES: I didn't see "Minority Report" or "Eyes Wide Shut" for that matter. The latter was a sordid and diversionary spoof on cryptocracy movies by Stanley Kubrick, a onetime wunderkind director lately in failing health and steep decline (and now deceased). Spielberg's "Minority Report" is part of a new genre of highly symbolic movies issued by the Cryptocracy and intended to feed the growing American appetite for openly occult diversion/amusement, which I consider quite jaded and deadening. These films are littered with psy-war and occult references but the trail ultimately goes nowhere. They constitute occult masturbation, not authentic revelation. Certain other older films, however, such as "Videodrome," "The Wicker Man" and "Silence of the Lambs" for example, did have have a revelatory processing message akin to the old Rosicrucian manifestos. But keep in mind that the Cryptocracy is a rolling stone that gathers no moss. They issue cinematic Revelation of the Method manifestos as a challenge and a gamble. There was no populist revolt or uprising in response to these public revelations of the mind rape they are perpetrating, so the process of mass soul and brain death is multiplied and now exceeds in perversion the previous manifestations. We're now in a phase of extreme degeneracy, where people savor movies that enslave and kill their souls (like "The Matrix" which inspired and pre- figured the Coulmbine High School Massacre). I recommend that the vast majority of our people eschew all such films if they value their spiritual and mental health.

HOFFMAN REPLIES: The D.C. sniper case is a cryptogram aimed directly at the Group Mind of the Masses. It imprints a story, a parable, a mythos if you will, and it points to certain percipients by means of a trail of clues. As long as this process is denied, its power is increased. The sniper(s) is not just a case of Halloween Satan-cultists on a perverse killing spree, or government agents manipulating the situation with spookshow hocus-pocus. There are layers of meaning here, but the highest meaning is found in the story being told to the Group Mind. Yes, FBI Scripters ("profilers") are celebrated for using brilliant psychological warfare against the "enemy," but the enemy is not the sniper(s), who is/are most likely a product of the U.S. government's own recondite network. The enemy is the American people. Truth is the first casualty of war and the U.S. government is waging war according to the ethic of fair is foul and foul is fair.

There is a foolish spirit adrift among the right wing. Protestant Judeo-Churchians view the U.S. government as a bastion against hereditary Muslim evil. Catholic Judeo-Churchians see America as a bastion against the supreme evil of Russia, as delineated in the Fatima apparitions. Neither Protestant nor Catholic can see that it is America that is the Great Satan today -- the U.S. government is in thrall to the most corrosive, hereditary evil on the planet, the black evil (as Ezra Pound redundantly styled it) of Israeli Talmudic-Kabbalistic mind control, racism and genocide. The United States Congress has spoken. Not with a roar, but with a whimper, handing President George W. Bush a blank check to go to war against Iraq because of the "imminent threat" it supposedly poses to America. One is reminded of the revolting spectacle of Roman senators groveling at the feet of emperor Tiberius. The notion of Iraq, a demolished nation of 22.3 million posing an "imminent threat" to the United States, a nation of 281 million, is ludicrous. Kennedy. I was in Washington during the Cuban crisis and vividly recall its drama and dangers. The Soviets had nuclear-tipped missiles ready to strike the U.S. What the U.S. faces with Iraq - which has no long-range missiles or other delivery systems for bulky chemical munitions or highly complex systems for dispensing germs - is nothing comparable. And George W. Bush is no John F. Kennedy.

Not content with this silly comparison, Bush went on to actually claim Iraq was poised to attack the United States using remotely piloted aircraft guided from Baghdad, a mere 13,000 km away. Bush must have cribbed this preposterous fantasy from Dr. Fu Manchu and His Drones of Death. In the mighty U.S., long-range drones are still in the testing stage. The claim that Iraq has perfected such sophisticated technology - which extensively uses satellite guidance - and can remotely pilot an ancient crop duster from Baghdad to New York is laughable.

Last week, CIA Director George Tenet took the courageous step of publicly refuting Bush's claim that Iraq was an imminent threat. Tenet's unprecedented rebuke was a warning to America, but it also signalled the deep resentment felt in the U.S. intelligence community over the way Israel's intelligence service, Mossad, and its American helpers, have become the White House's primary source of decision-making information on Iraq, Palestine, Iran and Afghanistan. Tenet was immediately attacked and denounced by pro-Israel commentators, though a number of senior Israeli officers have echoed Tenet's assertions that there was no immediate risk from Iraq unless it is invaded.

HOFFMAN COMMENTS: Taking the very long view, the Likud control of the U.S. government may be a good thing. CIA Director George Tenet only spoke out because he wants to conserve the American dragon. He knows that Ariel Sharon has "Israel" on a suicide course. It will take the U.S. much longer to die than the Israeli state, but the Likud seizure of the White House and Congress will weaken the U.S. government dramatically, especially the U.S. treasury, along with the financial health and quality of life of all Americans.

Americans are increasingly dazed and confused by Bush's actions, even in the powerful emotional wake of 9/11 jingoism. But we have less democracy than Saudi Arabia and the trouble is, while the Saudis at least know they are ruled by the House of Saud and have no illusions about that, Americans continue to imagine that ours is a representative government, hence our enslavement is stronger and more onerous. The office of Mayor of New York City was recently purchased for $30 million. Arab-American Ralph Nader, leader of the Green Party, was not only banned from the Gore-Bush Presidential Debates to the applause of Lehrer and the Establishment, he was threatened with arrest if he even attended the debates as a member of the audience!

The American people watch the U.S. ship of state careen down the abyss, led by Zionist political and intelligence personnel from "Israel," the crime syndicate's world capital, where money-laundering, white slavery (forced prostitution) and state-sponsored terrorism proceed apace without interdiction. America is in rapid decline and only a militant revolution led by a significant minority of the disaffected elite (statesmen, businessmen, doctors, lawyers, scientists etc.) can make any difference in the final outcome. Decoding the D.C. Sniper: Pt. 3: "Total Recall"

The macabre, ritual aspects of the DC sniper are coming to the fore. For those of you who do not believe that psychological warfare entails playing with the
archetypes of the Group Mind, you may discard this column now.

Be aware that all sorts of occult nonsense will be written about this case, on the Internet and elsewhere, by useful idiots who will reach into a New Age grab-bag of dementia and disinformation. The CIA calls this confusing distraction "noise." I call it X-files-style muddying of the watergate (everybody killed Kennedy; everything causes cancer--hence, no need to bring JFK's killers to justice, and no need to clean the environment).

There are reports of a white van with the letters, "Total Recall" on the vehicle at the scene of "the Exxon shooting." Since one of the goals of the Cryptocracy is the inculcation of apathy, amnesia and abulia in the target population, "Total Recall" would seem to be an antidote to the Cryptocracy's plan.

Let us endeavor to pursue that lofty objective by totally recalling that we don't just see words, we hear them in our heads. "Serial" killer is heard as "cereal" killer (from Ceres the vegetative goddess of human sacrifice). I didn't coin the word "serial" killer for ritual murder, the U.S. government's FBI profilers did. Their "profile" is actually a script. A better name for them would be FBI scripters. They point the way out of amnesia into last-minute recall, ceremonially, like the sacrificial victim whose hands are bound and who is being led through an October cornfield, and who is jolted into total recall when he or she sees the altar or pyramid or wicker man of immolation in the middle of the mow.

The sniper is called the D.C. sniper sometimes. Again let us consider the sound of that name in our own heads: Dee See. I have said in my book "Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare 2001" that Queen Elizabeth I's astrologer Royal, the mathematician Dr. John Dee, is, historically speaking, the presiding genius of the reigning Cryptocracy. I see the shadow of Dee's epistemology in the government/media manifestation that is the D.C. sniper.

Another news report wants us to know that the white-Total Recall-van was seen near the scene of the "Exxon sniping." Therefore, the script actually reads in the brain of percipients as follows: "X on Total Recall" i.e. cross out (cancel) Total Recall. I have written extensively on the schizoid contradiction--the double, bipolar collective madness and doubleminded men--in connection with the 9/11 gambit, in the hardcopy "Revisionist History" newsletter no. 23, "Twin Tower Man: The Next Move in the Cryptocracy's Great Game."

When not writing books and reporting for the HOFFMAN WIRE, I dabble in the advertising industry, which is a medium where the practical application of Dr. Dee's "sorcery" and the Cryptocracy's mind control meets the corporate dollar-trappers. Advertising agencies are paid millions of dollars to conjure names such as Exxon and Viagra (rhymes with the waterfall) because, unlike the folks who discarded this column after reading only a few sentences, these ruthlessly pragmatic money-men know that sub-rosa manipulation of the Group Mind pays huge dividends in sales and profits.

One of the most important branches of Dr. Dee's epistemology is run by the symbolic character of Dr. Syntax, who features in a masonic engraving showing him giving a lecture at Freemason's Hall. What the masons called word magic, scientists today call neuro-linguistics and advertisers term it "branding."

Let's give some examples. The written word "serial" is transformed into the phonetic sound "cereal" in the synapses of the brain which link the raw sounds to new meanings not denoted in the textual rendering of the word. These raw sounds are known to the creators among advertising executives, as "phonemes." The recently formed phone corporation which goes under the brand name "Verizon" paid several million dollars for that name to be conjured. In terms of textual denotation, Verizon means nothing. It's "just a name," like Lee Harvey Oswald was "just a lone nut." But the sound of that name inside your head conjures a subtle sense of a rising sun, a new beginning, a "Horizon."

What is common knowledge in elite circles of American advertising, is that in order to influence the masses with a brand name, one must pay attention to how letter combinations sound because in the beginning was the Word...faith cometh by hearing... the universe is sustained by sound...etc.

"FBI profilers" have thus far marketed at least two brand names to the public. The aforementioned phoneme, "serial" killer, and one I think is almost as clever, though primarily textual rather than phonetic in effect, "Unabom." Unabom was the name the FBI scripters gave to the purported environmental fanatics who bombed corporate polluters and academic computer geeks, and who eventually were said by the FBI to consist solely in the person of the "lone nut" Dr. Theodore Kaczynski. Please note that the FBI brand name "Unabom" is incomplete. The letter b has been left off the end. This FBI neologism telegraphs the fact that something is being left out of the case.

The goyim imagine that brand names like Prozac and Kodak (both have a hard "K' sound indicating daring and courage); Expedia (a trek, an adventure) and Exxon (several meanings, the "double cross play of the cunning," being primary), were conjured by accident or coincidence or with dumb luck, or for fun, but, while these matters are indeed within the parameters of a game, the process of naming is deadly serious, with sometimes billions of dollars at stake or, in the case of the U.S. government, a game of Black Jack where the stakes are the very continuing existence of its own system of Cryptocracy.

In October of 2001, in "Revisionist History" newsletter no. 20, in connection with my investigation of the 9/11 attack in New York, I published the number 16 Tarot card from the Rider-Waite Tarot deck of Freemason Arthur Edward Waite, the Tower card. Now the Establishment has broadcast and will soon publish the number 13 Tarot card, the death card.

All Hallows Eve is just around the corner and the movie "Red Dragon" is now being conjured on the silver screen as snipers' bullets summon the hypnotic rituals by which coercion and control are maintained by the Great Satan that is the Federal government.

When I think of a sniper I think of an FBI agent, Lon Horiuchi, shooting a mother in north Idaho.

When I contemplate a red dragon he's remindful of the cheshire cat or a cereal killer chiller, here today and then gone tomorrow; consciousness alerted and then consciousness massaged back to sleep. There are classrooms and then there are classrooms. My classroom is called happenstance though it is nothing of the kind and the dragon conjured is the ephemerality of their government, or as Shakespeare put into the mouth of his John Dee stand-in (Prospero) in the Tempest, "the insubstantial pageant."

The mightiest tyranny in the history of the world can be overthrown at times like these. The dusty window that is the cubic centimeter of chance opens because the Cryptocracy must open it. There was another card dealt on 9/11, number five in the Tarot deck, the Pentacles (Pentagon) card. 16 + 5 =21. The Black jack game entails risk, in this case of exposure, by one such as me.

Will my voice of truth devastating to the Cryptocracy emerge as the primary decoder amid the toil and trouble cauldron which the wyrd sisters' media are currently stirring at the witching hour 13? Or will my voice be buried beneath a mountain of diverting, distracting conspiracy noise, the sum phonological total of which is zero?

If, after the current psychic storm of focused group mind Halloween energy dissipates like a dragon from the night sky, Michael A. Hoffman II remains an obscure researcher with a tiny audience, you will know that ZOG has won again. The choice is yours and always has been.

Hoffman's Take on the D.C. Sniper (Part I)

Dear Mr. Hoffman: What's your take on the D.C. area shooting rampage from the perspective of Charles Fort and James Shelby Downard? Is this another Columbine High School type of episode where an unstable person is getting the subliminal messages about the forthcoming war from the cryptocracy through the media, or is it a direct campaign by the cryptocracy to set up an Iraqi as a causus belli for the war? All the best, T. H.

Dear T.H.: I note that the image of white supremacist lone nuts are occasionally invoked in this case for, at this point, no discernible reason. I see that the media are drawing attention to the FBI profilers who are allegedly concentrating on the shooter's "geography," in other words the Downardian realm of Mystical Toponomy, which was perhaps most notably relevant in the JFK assassination and the Jack the Ripper murders. The Establishment dismisses these toponomic connections in those cases, but here touts them when used by the FBI.

Mystical Toponomy in this context refers to the Camelot process and is articulated in nuclear physics as follows: "Time relations among events are assumed to be first constituted by the specific physical relations obtaining between them." In the Great Game this Camelot mechanism is a key to the alchemical process of the "Once-and-Future" paradigm. You can read more about it in my book, Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare 2001.

On NPR this morning the reporter did not qualify the statement that the FBI profilers and the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) were "hunting the sniper," but stated that claim baldly, without any qualifier, such as "allegedly hunting." I am concerned about precision language in this instance because the FBI's behavioral psychologists ("profilers") are sometimes the guiding light for ritual murders, "serial" killings and supposedly "random murder sprees." The FBI's HRT unit committed the most infamous sniper murder in memory, FBI agent Lon Horiuchi's shooting of Mrs. Vicky Weaver at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, as she cradled her infant daughter.

FBI profilers certainly played a criminal role in the Unabom murders and may be shepherding the D.C./Maryland sniper(s). I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they were. I have not seen enough information at this juncture to determine if the sniper(s) is/are truly independent of the U.S. government, as the media is insisting, or monitored by the government until Revelation of the Perp time on the 6 o'clock news; or if he/they have been processed and directed by some other means, such as twilight language embedded in the alchemy of pop-culture. Thus far I have not seen any intentional symbolism in connection with this sniper case, but then I have not yet studied a map of the death sites either. A map of the death sites of the Jack the Ripper killings (at Mitre Square etc.) indicate a masonic killer or one who wished to pose as such a killer. Arcane considerations of this nature were germane long before the era of FBI profilers and are hardly unique to the FBI's psy-war specialists. What is unique is that under the aegis of "FBI profiling," occult elements heretofore dismissed by the Establishment as the phantasmagoria of "conspiracy kooks" have lately been held aloft as both credible and relevant in elite police homicide "investigations."

It would be an amusing coincidence if an Iraqi national were to be arrested for these sniper shootings. Bush may indeed need to manufacture a "Remember the Maine"/Lusitania/Pearl Harbor provocation for his Iraq adventure, although one would probably be correct in assuming that 9/11 is still generating sufficient dividends in this regard. Let us also recall that the U.S. did not invade Mexico in the wake of the massacre of Americans in a bank robbery in the Midwest recently, allegedly perpetrated by Mexican nationals. But then Mexico is not a threat to the hegemony of Israeli settlers, is it?

A Comment on the Manifestation of the Tarot Death Card in the Sniper Case (Part II)

No sooner had I written in yesterday's HOFFMAN WIRE that no occult element had yet manifested in the D.C. area sniper mystery, when --voila-- as if summoned from the astral plane, a "Tarot death card" has supposedly turned up at one of the shooting sites.

Those of you who have read my hardcopy "Revisionist History" newsletter no. 20 ("Towering Inferno"), know that I compared the image of the New York City Trade Tower attack to the Tower Card of the Tarot deck. In fact, that particular Tarot card is reproduced on the cover of "Revisionist History" newsletter no. 20. If my supposition about the Tarot connection to the World Trade Center attack was correct, we may have the first symbolic (i.e. twilight language) link between the sniper killing and 9/11.

Yesterday also featured major broadcast media hosting various former detectives who had "investigated" the "Son of Sam" killings in 1976 and 1977. This was most amusing in that these detectives retailed a moldy pack of lies, including the preposterous claim that David Berkowitz was the "lone nut" responsible for all Son of Sam connected fatalities. In fact, the Son of Sam case, which I investigated on the scene and reported in the book "Secret Societies and Psychological Warfare 2001" was the most spectacular ritual murder series the Cryptocracy managed to mount in the 1970s. Son of Sam killers were part of a larger ceremonial series that included the Hillside Strangler in Los Angeles, Kenneth Bianchi, and the alphabet soup rape/murder of little girls in Rochester, New York that came to be known as Double Initial.

At the very least, the invocation of the Tarot card in the sniper case indicates that the System wants us to think occult thoughts, perhaps along Hannibal/Red Dragon lines (the snipings debuted close to the time that the latest Hannibal Lecter movie "Red Dragon" debuted), which leads me to guess that the Game Players wish to keep the American Group Mind pressure cooker on "high." Recall too (if you're familiar with the genre) that Hannibal/Red Dragon is a kind of shorthand for FBI profiler.

Occam's Razor ? What a Rube Goldbergian creation!
