The SF Proposition Rap is Here!

by leaf
Is this something, or what? I mean, who could have come up with this??
Proposition Rap

I say --
Yes on B
means homes for you and me
Yes on O
for those with no homes to go
Yes on L --
tax the millionaires who sell
Yes on D
for clean energy
Now N's from Nob Hill Newsom takin' money from the po'
R's from the landlord -- to kick you out the do'
Say hell no to Newsom, hell no to Prop. R --
That's the rich man's plan for a f---in' class war
But ya gotta vote for somethin' and it's time to be BOLD --
To make a better city, before ya get OLD
So get your homies votin', tell 'em vote like this:
Yes on B-O-L-D, or I'm gonna get pissed
'Cuz this is so important and it ain't no jive
I want to see ya votin' on November five!

The poem is a good beginning. A better illiteration is Nazi Newsom. Sup. Gavin Newsom, the initial sponsor of Prop N, represents District 2, the Marina and Pacific Heights. District 2 does extend to Leavenworth from Union to the bay, but that is actually Russian Hill. He may have a home on Nob Hill, but he has to have a home in District 2 as well. Nob Hill is in District 3, represented by Sup Aaron Peskin. Most of Nob Hill is workingclass, rent-controlled apartments, much like the Mission District.

The official Prop N and Prop R endorsers are the Nazi vote in San Francisco. I will just focus on the Prop N endorsers, who can be found at http://www.carenotcash.org
Some of them are:
Supervisor Gavin Newsom
Supervisor Mark Leno, and soon to be Assemblyperson Mark Leno
Senator Dianne Feinstein (Feinstein is also Yes on R, No on D, and pro-war. She is very consistently reactionary, and always has been.)
Mayor Willie Brown (The description of Feinstein also applies to Willie Brown and most of the other Prop N supporters, and Willie Brown always has been reactionary. He used the gay rights movement and rode the rising tide of the civil rights movement to win votes while promoting a reactionary agenda in the Legislature and enriching himself.)
Former Supervisor Amos Brown
Former Mayor Frank Jordan
Building Owners and Managers Association
San Francisco Chamber of Commerce

Prop B is another fix of heroin to Calvin Welch and his assorted hippie housing activist homeowners.

Prop B will not give housing to people like you and me.

Don't get fooled by this crap.

Let's do it like San Jose is spending $500,000,000 from redevelopment on affordable housing rather than raising property taxes 50% passed through to tenants who will never benefit from affordable housing.

We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
