LaborLine will replay the presentations made at the 10/5 Oakland rally in solidarity with the ILWU. Alongside condemning the support of the Taft-Hartley by Feinstein and others, labor leaders threatened a general strike if the Taft-Hartley is imposed against the ILWU and if troops are brought in to break the union.
