Maxxam still cutting Old Growth in the Mattole

by Shunka (shunka_2002 [at] yahoo.com)
Old Growth being hauled out of the Mattole, after the court order had been issued.
Maxxam is clearly a lawless rogue corporation; who will step in to enforce the judge's ruling?

Just in case you wondered if Maxxam is still cutting Old Growth, here's a huge one that was hauled out of Fox Camp gate on the 9/20/02 lockdown.
This was done after the stay out order had been given, yet Maxxam continues to defy the orders of the courts, because they are a lawless, out-of-control rogue corporation.
Will the National Guard have to be called in to stop Charles Hurwitz and Robert Manne? Or how about Homeland Security?
What happens to a corporation when they willingly and blatantly disregard a direct order of the courts to "stay" out of the forests of Humboldt County?
Maxxam/PL is clearly in contempt of court, and must be stopped!!!! We are enforcing the orders of the court when we lock down to stop them, so we should have the support of the local, state, and federal governments.
Are we seeing the blatant corruption of the shitstem, as the true colors come out? A direct court order, yet no one is willing to stop Maxxam/PL except for the forest defenders. Sad state of affairs, isn't it?
Maxxam/PL, your day of justice is nearing....
