Countertactics Needed (take 2)

by hmm
"...we cannot let this challenging tactic work anymore. there must be some countertactics we can think of & enact to stop this, because to me, it's getting very obvious when one of them shows him/herself...any HELPFUL feedback much appreciated. this movement is phenomenal and it must survive..."
The quotes above and below are taken from a comment i posted to NYC-IMC a couple of days ago. I was
responding to the following post http://nyc.indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=31774&group=webcast . I was also responding to other comments that were in response to this post, which are also found at the link i have just provided.
I am posting most of my comment again, as it's own post, because i think the movement could greatly benefit from any good ideas on this subject.
Please click onto this link to read the post and comments in full, to be able to completely get what i'm asking.
My comment heading was "interesting...HELP!"
The part in which i am specifically inquiring about is marked below with plus (+) signs before and after it. THANKS for any truly well intentioned feedback. PEACE.

"i know i encountered 2 female "vigilers" & 3 male "vigilers" that night who were cop junkies, to say the least.

if this document was aquired with the Freedom of Information Act (thanks, Ralph Nader!) would the government also be required to include that embarrassing part (the part in bold)?

+++anyway, try not to be provoked, everyone. we cannot let this challenging tactic work anymore. there must be
some countertactics we can think of & enact to stop this, because to me, it's getting very obvious when one of them shows him/herself. i have some ideas, but am new at this so i don't know many of the consquences of utilizing some of these countertactics. any HELPFUL feedback much appreciated. this movement is phenomenal and it must survive.
Ideas:
*NYC Million Marijuanna March, May 2002: lots of narcs/plainclothes. found out that to point one out verbally (ex: "i just saw him bust someone") or physically, you must be at least 30 feet away from him/her or it's considered
interfering with police activity, a criminal offence.
*WSP Vigil, Evening of Sept 10, 2002: someone pointed to a person in the crowd doing his thing and suggested he was a "provokateur" (i have NO idea how to spell that). he got video taped & had his picture taken.
*Pictures of them have been posted to different regional indymedias. i think it would be legal to have an archived file especially for those kinds of pictures, like a place on each indymedia (or somewhere else might be better) to post & view them, one file for each area (city/precinct/state/etc). if the computer in which these photos were uploaded were at least 30 feet away from any cop shop, maybe this wouldn't be illegal at all.
*Passing out "Be Aware, They're Just Doing Their Job" flyers at rallies with pictures of them and a link to where on the computer they can see footage of them repeatedly entering/exiting precincts and/or trying to rile things up at rallies.
Any NLG folks out there have any ideas?+++

many of these people may simply be nutsos who like attention or feel that they have the untouchable power to piss people off. but their behavior at rallies is WAY counterproductive to the movement as a whole. maybe if there were some system in place of making them feel shunned, even to the point of gaining a reputation of being a narc, they will realize that there are now new consquences for their actions, and they will go away and hopefully not seek someone elses energy to suck."
