PL letter to CDF and CDFG 03-2000

The March 29, 2000, letter in pdf format was obtained through a public process by a not for profit in Humboldt county. It indicates PL's VP desire to not create any sort of paper trail that would aid litigants in challenging the credibility of the HCP.

Jared Carter's ecocide/terroristic activities go back to him pushing through the oil pipeline up in Alaska prior to working for PL. When the HCP went through, he left his private practice, to became VP at PL to create an attorney client privilege buffer on documents and communications for PL. Thus they can legally weasle out of being held accountable by the public.

This is believed to be one of the things which triggered Judge Golden to issue the current stay on PL's holding while Epic's SYP case moves forward and PL, CDF and Fish & Game drag their feet.
