Vallejo City Council approves LNG safety study

"A crowd of about 500 people swarmed into City Hall as the council reconsidered its previous approval of a feasibility study of the Mare Island project. The lone vote to kill the project came from Councilman Gary Cloutier, who received a standing ovation from the audience."
