Green Party candidate for governor of California,
Peter Miguel Camejo joined close to 500 Chicano/Latino, UFW
(United Farm Workers), and Green Party activists in a march and
rally supporting immigrant workers and their call for a law allowing
them to obtain a legal drivers license, a very important issue for the
Chicano/Latino community.

Marchers at the beginning of their two mile march from the Santa
Rosa Department of Motor Vehicles office to City Hall.

Marchers arriving at Santa Rosa City Hall:

“Honramos a los trabajadores inmigrantes.”
“We honor the immigrant workers.”

Crowd gathers at Santa Rosa City Hall.

“Nosotros los trabajadores exijimos licensia y legalisacion para todos
Healdsburg City = let’s make a driver license legal.”
“We, the workers, demand licenses and legalization for all.
