Fascism is the naked force of capitalism, without the facade of parliamentary democracy. It exists when capitalism can no longer toss sufficient crumbs to enough people to pretend to be democratic. The US is now in an economic depression and the crisis can only get worse under capitalism. Only a labor movement that fights for socialism can put an end to the economic crisis, brought about by the profit motive of capitalism.
Marxism is alive and well and is living in the USA thank god!
We need to go Socialist
Fuck Sovereignty of the state...what does it mean anyway? Its seems an illusion to me.

Mussolini was absolutely correct. Our APARTHEID GLOBAL CORPORATIONS are so closely linked with our bought and paid for government so as to be indistinguishable and our free speech is muzzled by a corporate media that almost completely shuts out any real coverage of resistance movements e.g. the New York Times completely ignoring the many anti Iraq war demonstrations on 10/6 all over the U.S.
They are the war mongers and we must learn to use our creativity to go around them to reach the many receptive Americans. E.G. by organizing massive sitins in Corporate TV offices demanding air time on our own publicly owned air waves to explain our point of view and urging our listeners to rise up and not take the lies and slanders any longer. We also have to democratize and broaden the participation in our own movement and deliberately refuse to imitate the corporate top down structures we are working to replace. FOR WORKING FOR A NEW NON CORPORATIST (FASCIST) WORLD. We almost lost our Pacifica radio network through imitating a non accouintable corporate structure and are now having a hell of a time correcting our neglect. Unfortunately the vast majority of our "progressive" organizations are still as top down autocratic and non-participatory as the corporate enemies we are working to replace.
Let us liberate our movement first. It is a matater of the highest priority. South End Press and Z Magazine are a shining model. See the May 2002 Issue of Z Magazine on p. 25.
