No Verdict Today in Judi Bari v FBI and OPD
The jury is still out in the Judi Bari lawsuit against the FBI and OPD. Deliberations resume Monday.
OAKLAND, CA—The jury adjourned at 12:00 pm today for the weekend in the Bari v. FBI lawsuit. The jury ended deliberations early today, because one of the jurors was feeling ill and needed to go home early. They have given no indication of how much longer they will take, which direction they are leaning, or whether they are deadlocked on any issues.
The jurors notified the court that they will resume deliberations on Monday, June 3rd at 8:30am. The jury is scheduled to deliberate until 3:00pm on Monday which will constitute the beginning of the eleventh day of deliberations in this civil rights lawsuit.
