Mental Patients are being killed in California

The case of Samuel Rangel has gotten officials of the state of California concerned. If you're talking about the Patton State Hospital, in Riverside, his case has gotten them frying on the hot seat. That's because his mother, Rita Rangel, is struggling to find meaning through activism regarding the life of her son. Samuel was killed by the facility's negligence and gross incompitence.
Samuel was a student at Los Angeles City College studying psychology. He was declared schitzophrenic and was taking medication for the condition. After neglecting his medication for a period of time, he made a verbal threat to his father and then the police were called to deal with the situation. They charged him with making a terrorist threat and placed him under arrest. He was jailed and 72 hours later, he was brought before a judge who ordered him to be placed under a 90 day psychological evaluation at the Riverside medical facility. Samuel then pleaded with the judge not to send him to a mental hospital and to be allowed to do community service or something else. He was cautioned not to speak out of turn and was led away by sherriffs.
Six sherriffs, who could not muster enough compassion or understanding for Mr Rangel's condition, proceeded to savagely beat and kick him while he was handcuffed. His mother didnt find out about this until later. Thirty days later. For all that time, she sought out information about her son's wherabouts and pleaded for communication or visits but was stonewalled, delayed and given excuses by the county jail. Then she recieved a phone call from her son; The first he was given since his hearing. He told his mother about the beatings and that "...I was beaten for playing the fool in court and I was placed in the hole for thirty days so that my bruises would heal before I was transfered."
Within four hours of his arrival, before he was assigned a room and before his records even arrived at the Patton Hospital, he would be dead. The staff demanded that he take psychotropic drugs and when he refused he was told that all patients are expected to take the medication that they are given. Then, he was taken down by no less than nine orderlies. One approached him from behind and threw a padded blanket over his head. They then threw him on the floor and sat on him. Somehow, with a combined weight of 2000 pounds on his body, he managed to cry out that he couldn't breath. Witnesses reminded the orderlies that he stated he couldnt breath, and one of them responded, "Nah, he just wants up." They sat there on top of him until he suffocated to death.
Samuel's nightmare was finally over but his mother's was just beginning. "They just lied to me all the way across, " Miss Rangel stated in an interveiw. When she spoke to the staff of the mental institution they told her "we dont know how he died but we have some burial plans we can direct you to." They also told her that "we think he was drunk and there may have been an accident." She had to get the witnesses testimony through clever maneuvering rather than getting it straight from the staff themselves.
Understandably, Samuel's mother was skeptical of getting a truthful story from the authorities and luckily had a freind of the family that worked at the coroner's office. After the official autopsy, she paid thousands of dollars for a private one. Both autopsies cofirmed that he died of asphyxia. A blockage of the air passageway. One of the orderlies put his knee on Samuel's throat; an illegal and lethal maneuver. Also, the coroner told her that her son was black and blue all over. Aside from the fresh wounds, many of Samuel's beating injuries were still evident even after 30 days. Psychologists and psychiatrists say that Samuel's story is not unusual. Institutional abuse of scitzophrenics is rampant and out of control.
After these events, two hospital staff members claimed disablility due to stress arising from the incident. It was one of the most horrible at the facility but not the first one. It also resulted in an additional person quitting his job and citing the killing as the reason. The state has offered an insulting financial settlement that Rengel refused. The attorney general's office refused to represent the hospital in this matter and directed them to find their own representation. In describing the way the city treats its mental patients Miss Rengel states, "There are still people there that are getting assaulted...the conditions are atrocious for mental health patients but the public is unaware its going on, and I dont think they care unless it hits their home. This is not a 'me' thing; it affects the whole community. This is a 'we' thing."
Samuel died at the age of 29 on June 1, 1999 and his mother is courageously on a showdown for justice. There will be a major civil rights case in spite of the state's insistence that she settle. It has gotten the attention of Sen Richard Pelanco and there is talk of a 'Rengel law' about the whole affair. Not that necessarily the entity known as 'human' means this, but this is what patriarchal drug-rapist ecclesiasts say in sloughing-off there destructive SOA-like operations on young and old persons alike, i.e. patriarchal dads/moms/siblings/extended relatives/neighbors/your future boss at k-mart for a whole month-it saves, says to all and the victim meaning everybody drug-rapes and they have been taken over by astro-possession in drug-psi. To answer humans question, as a psi-receiver for 42 years, I know this event from 2 years ago, the young man ran up against crime cover-ups among his municipal justice system and psychiatry social institution in a Stockholm squeeze of join and/or due pay energy-emotion transfers by body energy 'healing from abused kids in general into his rekki 'universe' body. Dues, oppression, repression, scapegoat, target, some and/or all could be the reason in this particular case and are various reasons for false mental health diagnosis's and chemical warehousing for the abuse ecclesia. There must be new national and international laws covering corruption and culting in social institutions such as psychiatry in medical community and government institutions such as this judge who had drug-raped this young man as corrupt judges are want to do to defendants before they are defendants with and without parent permission.
Next in series of events usually comes drug-culting the victim, criminalizing the victim, frame/frauding the victim in to institutionalization of any kind, drug-murder/ accident handicap-making, and/or economic apartheid against the victim due report threats. Victims worry and if they don't report in dangerous situations or mis-interpret an otherwise dangerous situation they end up this way or another harmed way. The punch to his father was likely related, and it was by remote-view, about patriarchal oppression, father's drugging and/or drug-raping of the victim son, and the host of emotional and psi-complaints that come from long-term toxicity to nitrous oxide(laughing gas), chloroform, ether, and illegal psychoactive- definitely LSD/LSA in this situation specifically. There should be an autopsy on this young man, even by exhume order.
The dad should be imprisoned, the mental health institutional workers should be on death row, and the judge should be impeached, disbarred, and likely on imprisoned on treason against the US Constitution in building crime ecclesia electorate. But this happens in every community in America so the victims still die and the scum rise to the top, instead of human rights and democracy.
A similar thing happened to be at various times in Canton, OH and Cook County, MN with almost full crime ecclesia action and support in electorate, school district, reservation nearby, National Park Service also nearby, state patrol, heavy equipment operators, landlady and her network, traditional healing community persons, and business all the way from Duluth mechanics to United Airline employees and Chicago airport security scanner on a delivery Shanghais after being LSDed by a sabotaged cigarette and other accumulated methods up to that time. The delivery was to crime ring family and community where I was unaware that I was continuing to be drugged by legal and illegal psychoactives by family and neighbors in the two counties interstate support of child-adult sex/rape exchanges or prostitution. Much of my citizen action comes from this coupe of RICO rings against an ex-federal law enforcement officer and public employee in bolstering crime perpetrating and accepting minors and adults in their unification over the fear of what they do and how they live by consciousness vile. Most any accusations on fraud/frame against me there were perpetuated by persons, minors and adults who had drugged and drugged raped me in my sleep by access by sex trade or my naive unlocked doors in such a caring and ethical resort and working communities. Some of those people had access to drug-rape me hundreds of times each and likely did. Interstate drug-rape hosting of your non-crime ring neighbors is a significant practice in these two counties causing solidarity and defiance against the rule of rule in anarchist fashion by the community elite on down to the underclass servitude/slaves involved in crime union or ecclesia.
My experience was milder than this dead victim, but similar in drug-fogging, gaslighting, fraud/frame, possible medical and religious/spiritual community collusion to crime RICO support, and culting electorate. A horror movie couldn't have done better and the movie' lottery' and 'spring' does cover the vileness of these two communities and likely the murdered young man's community in the California article. Readers should be aware that all crime ring candidates go through this and those 'in' are just as unhappy about its vileness. This young man is likely a pawn to expose these RICO injustices by media such as IMC, but then unexposed more people die by silent genocide/SOA and more people's lives are destroyed by torture and culting.
What comes out after these murders is the usually culpability and/or direct actions of law enforcement agencies and educational institutions in the culting and isolation of victims such as this young man. We need to impeach judges as a matter of regularity and should support the National Lawyers Guild in their activism to make judges accountable. Once elected, judges are gods and dictators to most of the electorate. This is not democracy and certainly does represent a post-colonial evolvement of our expectations of justice in USA 2002.
