Bay Area Peace Walk - Bridge to Bridge

Peace Walk from San Francisco's Bay Bridge to Golden Gate Bridge. Don't underestimate the power of this action for peace in the world. This walk is 8 miles and we will be walking at about 45 minutes per mile including breaks. We will leave from Justin Herman Plaza, (the beginning of Market St.) walk Market St to Geary St, follow Presidio Blvd to the Golden Gate Bridge at 5:00PM. We will start walking at 5:30 PM to meet Marin side Peace Walkers in the middle of the Golden Gate Bridge. We'll share a peace vigil
together with the Buddhist Peace Fellowship, People in Black, and, Peace and Justice Coalition and others on the San Francisco side including meditation,
harmonics, and speakers.
