Closing Arguments Wednesday in Judi Bari v. the FBI

The photos sent in mass mailings do not include at least one photo that is on file and might reveal a great deal of truth. That Bari and Cherney were terrorists. Omitted in the mass mailing was a real photo of Bari dressed in full fatigues, carrying a semi-automatic, in a hostile pose meant to scare. There are many copies of this photo floating around, but Cherney doesn't want you to know.

There is a terrorist pamphlet Bari and Cherney wrote, published, and distributed with instructions on how to spike trees to kill loggers, and how to disable cars by putting substances in their gas tanks. They don't want you to know this either.

Cherney is looking to fill his pockets with 20 million. If you think this website is meant to display the truth, think again. Rather, it is meant to funnel millions into Cherney's pockets.

Cherney is very skilled at making pipe bombs. He has made many to kill fish in pritine waters. He used to fill his freezer with hundreds of fish to winter him over.

The fact that I'm reading this at work is almost as amusing as the fact that you were probably paid to write that ridiculous series of exaggerations, misrepresentations, and lies.

oooh, I have a picture of Bush dressed in drag from when he was doing a prank as captain of his highschool cheerleading squad. What exactly is that contrived photo that someone put of the front of the East Bay Express supposed to prove?

It describes how to spike trees (or make it look like you did) to prevent logging and not hurt loggers. It wasnt even written by Bari or Cherney, but it is a good book.

hehe, um have you met Cherney. Even if he had wanted to build a pipe bomb he hardly seems capable.

In this post 9/11 world there is something about Earth First! that almost seems old fashioned and quaint. Remember the "good old days" when the FBI was chasing around hippies and terrorism meant someone modifying a billboard of McDonalds? Earth First! never really posed much of a threat to anyone except maybe a few currupt executives who stood to lose a little money. Any FBI agent worried that Earth First! is dangerous now is clearly living in Cloud CooCoo Land.

The world is at war and one one side are those who want a world dominated by a Christian fundamentalist state pushing neoliberal economic policies down everyone's throats. When the FBI comes for us now, they will be ten times as bad as they were with Bari and Cherney and the only way we can defend ourselves is by standing together.

Closing Arguments Postponed to Thursday, possibly continuing into Friday

OAKLAND, CA—In an after-hours decision, Judge Claudia Wilken postponed
closing arguments in “Bari v FBI” for one day, to give time to consider
numerous motions and issues presented by both plaintiffs and defendants.
These will be considered beginning at 8:30 am Wednesday morning and will
include the wording of jury instructions, the proposed dismissal of various
defendants, and the admission of evidence into the record.

Closing arguments are tentatively re-scheduled to begin Thursday morning,
and will continue either later than usual into the afternoon or Friday
morning, depending on jurors’ availability. # # #

I was employeed at Redwood NP during the bombing that injured judi bari and daryl cherney during spring/summer 1990. Before, during, and after the bombing, I overheard by clairaudient abilities precipitated by psi-related drugs ether, chloroform, nitrious oxide, lsd, and other substances, the thought musings and plots of bay area fbi agents, al gore, bill clinton, the assailants you havre pegged in EF Journal.

I wrote you last year this time from Ohio University-Athens. Like during the year 1990, it is mental illness labeling to report such things and likely could only help before the bombing. I do want to remind your .org that abg (anybody but gore) is a  good thing as he is more than culpable in martyr-making such as in the bari bombing and the mathew shepard murder. He's watched the 1950's Hollywood movie Moses too many times creating real culpability excesses in watching, covering-up, agitating, and even mentoring the process of martyr-making in issue politics. This is the case with both bari and shepard tragedies. Sorry to Daryl, but I didn't keep a psi-journal, though a report may help from memory.  

I was threatened at that time(19900 by various persons involved. Al Gore played a window of opportunity in the potential of burning the GWB's first pick FBI director, now resigned, for a pawn in the fbi agitated and backed-up bombing of the bari-cherney car. If I knew the law on slander better, I'd have published a few pages of this on IMC-SF. If this goes to plantiff appeal again due an unfavorable verdict, I'll do that, now that I'm the resident IMC weird psi-journalist. I'll try to write psi-dialogue at that time. Seems too legal-process-obstructing with the trial and closing statements already on-going. Psi-reports are usually only used to initiate and add to investigation or add to closed case's histories.

The suspect in question, fat curly mop-haired red-neck area resident, was agitated by psi and psi-takeover by the fbi and their network so that originally there would be no initiation links to fbi. Fbi did a similar psi-pawning of Jeffery Dalmer using him to terrorize silence among teens whom might report drug-rape within their families...and other purposes.  Again no initiation links to creating domestic SOA-like despotism. Moreover, unsuspecting elementary and junior high school aged children involved in interage child-adult drug-sex ecclesia were fooled into agitating the assailants in all three of these cases. The kids don't believe tragedy will happen, until it does and there are either always despotic cult kids or new initiates to work-over until ethics kicks-in for them. FBI notoriously covers family drug-sex incest and rape networks in every community in the US, due drug-sex sub-culture prevalence and extortion usefulness like the AIM breaking techniques, only this time with an unexhaustable supply of 'the simpson's' characters. This silences adult reporters like myself in concern for more martyrs-made, like Sabrinas' needs some kind of a 'learning psi-mayhem' break; and perhaps they do. It's meso-sociological but very government corrupt.

When we have pharmacological and psi-related crime laws only then can we move to eliminate corruption in government and social institutions.
