The medical crisis in Palestine continues to be critical, with lack of food, water, electricity, medical care and burial services. See:

"Apr 15 - 8:01 am - PRCS & ICRC teams entering Jenin camp now after being blocked for 6 days. 9:05 am: Teams report total destruction, not able to recover many bodies. Media banned. 9:55 am: Teams report severe restrictions on ability to move and conduct rescue operations. Heavy equipment needed to move collapsed structures. 10:30 am: Civilians in camp not approaching with ambulance teams, fearful of Israeli army escort . 11:50 am: Resident signal severe shortages of food and water. International recovery teams required. 12:15 pm: PRCS pulls out of camp. PRCS worked in one area approx 10% of camp: 7 bodies recovered. 7 others could not be recovered. Situation too dangerous due unexploded ordinance, unstable buildings, and current resources permitted in (3 ambulances, 9 persons) impossible to handle the situation. "
