Women in Black
ACTIVISTS FOR THE ENEMY
Like many of the so-called "peace" groups whose demonstrations have been reported in recent days, the New York branch of "Women in Black" has no problems with the suicide bomb attacks on civilians in Israel, but is opposed to what it calls "the Israeli occupation."
The truth is that most of the "peace" activists you see in small, self-righteous groups in Times Square or Union Square have an agenda that goes deeper than their stated objections to Israel, the war in Afghanistan or the sanctions against Saddam Hussein's Iraq.
They simply hate America; they reflexively, compulsively oppose U.S. policy.
Certainly, and ironically, they have an unquestioned right to do so - because they live in the United States of America.
But it would be more appropriate for these demonstrators to hold their "vigils" down at Ground Zero.
Because, whether or not they actually sympathize with radical jihadist Islam - though who doubts that they don't? - they are giving aid and comfort to the ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^enemy that launched the Sept. 11 attacks.
Honest is as honest does.

Why not go to the next Women in Black procession, and when they're done, ask some of the women why they're doing it and if they "hate America" (which, BTW, is the oldest dismissal of popular protest ever).
In Berkeley, they meet every friday at noon in front of the Telegraph entrance to UC Berkeley:

Not sure about SF Women in Black. I think they meet monthly, if someone has details please post them. Thanks.
