Complicity of Capitalist Press

This is like the killing of the Italian journalist a couple weeks ago. It did not get one percent of the mainstream coverage that the killing of Pearl received. It was not on top of the news and the following day it was completely forgotten.

We were told nothing about the Italian journalist’s religion, or his family. There will be no interviews with the wife or with colleagues and no damning speeches by politicians. And, certainly no investigation.

This new terrorist against journalists does not advance the American or Israeli war propaganda. Therefore, the war profiteers, who largely controls what we are allowed to see and hear on the mainstream media will kill this story.

Bush and all American politicians are scared of the racist, right-wing Israeli lobby, and of the Jewish owned media to criticize any Israeli military terrorism. In the past 18 months, 1300 Palestinians and 370 Israelis have been killed. Yet, not a single politician has the guts to even question the $3,000,000,000 of taxpayer bucks given to fund Israeli’s murderous and inhumane occupation.

Too many American buy into the Sharon politics, that he should be left alone to bulldoze and kill Palestinians. He is now achieving his goal of ethnic cleansing and only a forcible imposition of peace by the U.S. can stop the slaughter of Palestinians by one of the most powerful, renegade, nuclear powers in the world.

Actually most Americans dont buy into the politics of Sharon or other Israelis necessarily......they know its messed up, but they no the Arabs are even worse.....and so it goes.

Sorta like the asshole neighbor who does lots of things you dont agree with, or even hate.....but you need him cause your other neighbor is out to steal your wife or home.....

Its not a perfect world but yea....the US will take Sharon over Arafat any day Im sure....my brother my be an ass on ocassion but he is not a complete lowlife & therein lies the diff.

Kick ass Israel.....better to be hated than submit to the tyranny of the raghead lifestyle. If I had to knock down 2 110 ten story buildings filled with people to get my homeland back......I would find a way to get thru life without a homeland, ......I cant find any sympathy for someone who needs a homeland that bad. Rent.

patton: your racist "raghead" comment is telling. it's also completely unnecessary. let's be clear on two things about this israel/palestine conflict here:

-palestinians are now fighting for their survival. the idf is executing people. this is a fact. just because the corporate media isn't telling you this doesn't mean it's not happening.
-suicide bombings vs. full-scale invasions just don't compare. they are both reprehensible, but the latter is by far moreso.
