Drug War should be fought in Washington DC

From the preface of the book: "Our conclusion remains that the first target of drug strategy should be Washington itself, and specifically its own connections with corrupt, drug-linked forces in other parts of the world. We argued that Washington's covert operations overseas had been a major factor in generating changes in overall pattern of drug flows into the United States, and cited the Vietnam-generated herion epidemic of the 1960's and the Afghan-generated heroin epidemic of the 1980s as analogues of the centreal concern of this book: the explosion of cocaine trafficking through Central America in the Reagan years, made possible by the administration's covert operations to overthrow the Nicaraguan Sandinistas."

In recent weeks, the Bushy administration has been running highly publicized ads saying your use of illicit drugs is funding the terroristic acts that caused the crimes against humanity on 9-11-01. The problem with these ads, is they are short sided scare tactics that are suppose to make you think one thing, when in reality it's the politicians and the CIA who is really running the drugs throughout the world to fund there sick games and line there pockets with blood money. This information is slightly outdated, but the book "Cocaine Politics" is a comprehensive account of Washington and the CIA running drugs into the USA to gain economic footholds in Central America. We must not forget that the CIA is responsible for the drugs that have plagued the urban streets and locked up hundreds. Maybe these mass rallies should be taking place outside the CIA and they should be brought before an international Tribuanal for killing hundred of US civilian by pushing these drugs. The real terrorists where four piece suits and hide behind there desks in Washington DC far away from the streets where petty drug users are picked up and locked away to fund the DC politicians game to control the world for a sick dollar bill.

In the ten years since the copyright of this publication, I have yet to see thousands protesting outside the CIA for ruining people's lives. Maybe someone should legally contest the laws created by congress and use the neccessity defense to justify their possession of cocaine and state they are just being good patriots using the cocaine and in reality, they are wholehearditly supporting the US government everytime they use or purchase Cocaine. After all, isn't that what Bush said, go back and bury your head in the sand, purchase things, spur the economy. See, purchasing cocaine helps fund the DC politicians and their human rights attrocities, but because they are DC politicians, they call it political moves. Jail the CIA!!!
