Psychological Operations
PsychOps are political acts directed at individuals in this country with the intention of relieving the target of their constitutional rights.
It has been well documented that PsychOps have been aimed at liberal political activists since the 1960's (see the works of Frank Donner and Brian Glick). These acts are intended to intimidate the individual to NOT exercise their constituional rights to peacefully assemble, speak their opinion, etc.
Another use of PsychOps have come to the attention of this researcher here in California. These are techniques used against the "mentally ill", also to violate their rights, in this case, their right to refuse psychiatric treatment.
There exists in our society a group of specialists who use specialized techniques and technologies, all designed to force the target into nonconsentual psychiatric treatment.
Some of these techniques are the same as those used against progressive activists, but the "mentally ill" are subject to more extreme abuses (actually the more extreme and bizzare the abuse, the less the likelyhood others will believe it).
This "catch-22" enables extreme PsychOps to be used on the person who refuses treatment and only wishes to be left alone.
One aspect of the technology used in these acts of violation include electronic "psychotronic" devices. From a distant location the device can torment the target.
The groups perpetrate these PsychOps without fear of recourse, since the use of "psychotronic devices" that can effect the mind and physiology of human beings is currently NOT illegal. This is why we must support bills such as HR 2977 which would outlaw these horrific devices of political control. (click on the link below to read the bill).
There is a law on the books that should be used against such PsychOps,
the Federal Law, title 18, chapter 13, section 241, makes it a severe crime to conspire to violate a person's constitutional rights. Why is this law not being enforced?

Besides, if the mainstream and the right hear about us worrying about weapons they consider to be pure fantasy, all we'll accomplish is to keep everyone else laughing at us. It's hard enough to convince others that we have good evidence of CIA conspiracies to deal crack in LA to fund the overthrow of foreign governments. If we start worrying about "psychotronic devices" that have never been proven, much less seen in use, our credibility remains at 0 and we as a whole - the public, right left and center - remain divided and conquered.
Remember, MLK was shot because he was about to bring about unity.

Or go to a search engine, plug in consumertronics or a similar company, and order a device that can put your neighbor to sleep, cause mental confusion, place subliminal thoughts in their mind, or just cause pain, it is your choice.
