POLICE BRUTALITY
I was arrested for nonsence and was phyically abused by a police officer.I need help-This has to come to an end.
Hello, I was also a victim of police brutality on Saturday Jan.19th. around 12:45am, I was arrested in front of my girlfriends house in North Lauderdale, Fl, then was token to Morrow Elementary school where the officer started to chock me, he also left bruises of his fingers on my neck( I have pictures). My sister. my mom and my girlfriend followed us to the school my girlfriend got out my sisters car to give me a shirt the officer told her to leave she's interrupting police investigation and there I told he to please follow me that the cop wad trying to set me up. They followed but I still wasn't safe. When I was brought into the North Lauderdale police station Officer Morales threw me into the cell face first into the wall there he beat me-punched, kicked and abused me with no mercy, after that I was brought into the emergency room where I was given 12 stitches inside and outside my right eye and put some antibiotics on my other cuts. I was taken to Broward County main jail. After I was released about 17 hrs. later I went to the police station and filled a police report. I really don't know what to do, all I knew is this was wrong and the officer had no right to hurt me the way he did. All your help and suggestions will be highly appreciated PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP @ 954-718-4586 or jnice01 [at] hotmail.com,Thank you -David Diaz

Leaving out that part of the story only makes you look guilty. If you really didn't do anything, then you have my sympathy. If you did do something wrong, then quit crying and take it like a man.
1) A crime does not justify brutality at all.
2) A crime may justify arrest. It certainly can be expected to lead to an arrest.
3) Resisting arrest WILL lead to counter-resistence. If the arrest was resisted, then the question comes down to whether the injuries were in subdueing or was excessive.
The questions asked are valid questions.
