DRUG DOGS ON BART?? YOU BET!!!

Armed state/Bart cops are now pushing prowling poochies to snare
pot pushers/users.

Is bart considered a public place?? does this mean
that the cops can use drug dogs in ANY public place???

Now I know the man NEVER plants evidence but I wonder if they have to train spotty to not 'alert' for the cop holding the stash after/before the seizure.

Is this even legal??
Can the people who have gotten busted so far sue the fuck out of bart/the state??
