Pass the buck is their system for handling complaints from another cop. An incident where a 29yr woman was assaulted by a school cop in a bogus traffic stop 10/23/01. What can be done when noone wants to hear the story?

Has Officer HAROLD BOUTTE ever used excessive force on you? If so tell us your story. Put an end to this injustice.

This Oakland Unified School Police Officer Harold Boutte badge 912 assaulted a 29yr old woman during a bogus traffic stop last Tuesday. He had been agressive with her in traffic before the pull over occurred. Does this man have a history of aggressive/ violent behavior?

Why is OPD, Internal Affairs, the Oakland Unified District passing the buck?
Lt. Virgil Eperson with the Oakland Unified School Dictrict was contacted 10/24/01 and has not returned the call.

Boutte is just an other token for the white cracker. We have bombs falling in the Middle East, but what about the bombs being dropped in East Oakland by the men in blue. A brother cant even walk outside before a man wearing silver badge and carrying a stick is saying " your just going to be an other dead Niga!"
Lets stop the O.P.D and the Harold House Niga Boutte.

§Illiterate & racist

If you are going to leave a comment, why don't you at least take the time to learn the language correctly first? "an other" is incorrect; "another" would have been correct. I won't bother going into the other glaring mistakes. How does it feel to be a racist? You would surely dislike somebody placing you into the "n" catagory, but you feel free to generalize against police officers and even go so far as to put down somebody of your own race just because of their chosen profession. You need to take a long hard look inside. What do you see? It can't be a very pretty sight. I feel sorry for you. People like you will perpetuate racism and hatred. I wish you much luck.

Charlie, in case you hadn't noticed, POLICE is not a race. It is a career, a profession, a lifestyle. It is a choice. That's why you can do personality profiles of police officers in the United States. You can't do personality profiles of black people in the United States (i mean, you could, but it wouldn't be representative of any given black community). To equate public dissatisfaction with police policies as a form of RACISM, that's just fucking sick.

What happened was not about racism. It was about power going to his head, him losing his temper, and losing control. I don't take it personally, I think it could have been any one of us. Which is the point.

Who's to know? He didn't comment on me being a white lesbian woman and I didn't comment on him being a black man. The point is he became violent and because he represents the law I couldn't run or defend myself without serious legal consequences. When an officer is unable to be professional and in control that officer becomes a dangerous liability.
