2. STOP RACIST SCAPEGOATING AND DEFEND ARAB, ARAB-AMERICAN, MUSLIM, SOUTH ASIAN, CENTRAL ASIAN, AND ALL TARGETED COMMUNITIES FROM RACIST ATTACKS.
3. DEFEND CIVIL LIBERTIES.
