Government has too much money

Looks like the government has too much money and too much time. They are taking away our civil rights now so they can fill up those prisons. Because 99% (or more) of us are so cooperative and peaceful - now they want to watch us every second, everywhere, to catch us spitting on the wrong side of the street - anything, to get us in their system.
