Perhaps it is because in our experience, white Christian male cops exhibit the kind of attitude you are exhibiting, which is "I don't get why you people are talking about racism and sexism, and I don't care! I'm just sick of hearing about it!"

Because if you "got it" you would realize that this historically rooted problems have not gone away, these topics will not go away, and these feelings will not go away. YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. GROW UP.

Your response is ALWAYS the response. Heard it before. My answer is: "If you have to ask, you are the reason why."

Come up with some real arguments against what is being said on this site and quit whining.
