Another Blood for Oil War Starts

Another blood for oil war is being perpetrated by the oil companies with our tax dollars, this time in Afghanistan so Unocal can build an oil pipeline from the Caspian Sea to the Indian Ocean via Afghanistan. This blood for oil war is enthusiastically supported by the Democratic and Republican parties, the twin parties of capitalism. Please stop voting for the candidates of these parties. Just as with Vietnam, the CIA perpetrated a horrifying incident to justify fascism at home and war abroad. As we read the below horrifying news of innocent people dying so Unocal can maximize its profits, it is worth recalling the words of a veteran of another blood for oil war, also promoted via a false pretext, namely the Vietnam War, the veteran being Ron Kovic of "Born on the 4th of July" fame who has sat in a wheelchair for over 30 years as a result of his wartime injuries:
