Broadcast of "G8 - Genoa 2001, the Truth is Out There"

On Friday September 21, on San Francisco's public access channel ,CityVisions Channel 29 at 7:00 pm, we will be
broadcasting on our show Scenic Verve a Global Verve segment called "G8 - Genoa 2001, the Truth is Out There." It is a
simple comparison of a US TV network broadcast (CNN), European broadcast (France TV2 and German DW TV) and
IndyMedia.Org's online coverage.

We are greatly indebted to Indy Media participants, in general, and Indy Media Italy for their bravery and generosity in sharing
their footage for noncommercial distribution. We only hope that we in our small way have honored their efforts. We will be
making this 28:30 min program available for viewing on the internet soon at our site and for noncommercial distribution, if
other programmers are interested.

Scenic Verve features segments on progressive topics produced by ourselves and from other independent
documentarians, journalist and grassroots organizations from around the world. In light of the the bush administration's
desire to expand laws that restrict civil liberties and its blind calls to war, the recent raid in Italy of anarchist organizations,
the upcoming actions in DC and Italy and the hard work of all working in indy media, we thought this might be of interest to
