Worldwide Vigils to Free Vanunu - Sept. 25
On Sept. 25, there will be vigils in cities around the world, including San Francisco, demanding freedom for imprisoned Israeli nuclear whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu.
There will be worldwide vigils calling for the freedom of imprisoned Israeli nuclear whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu, at the time of the 15th anniversary of his kidnapping and imprisonment. People in London, New Delhi, Chennai, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Lisbon, Wellington, Oslo and Jerusalem will be vigiling on September 25. Activists in Hiroshima, Tel Aviv, Boston, several cities in the U.K., Sweden and New Zealand are vigiling on different days that week. Together we will be a strong global voice calling for the immediate and unconditional release of Mordechai Vanunu and for nuclear abolition in the Middle East and around the world. Please join us!
