SHELBY STEELE, oft-quoted celebrity Black "conservative" declared in today's Wall Street Journal that the noble and heroic civil rights movement in the U.S. is the moral equivalent of Middle Eastern terrorism!

San Jose, California - Monday, September 17, 2001, Dr. Shelby Steele, a so-called black man, declared the civil rights movement the moral equivalent of the terrorist strike on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon (See at http://http://www.opinionjournal.com/).

This is a historic new low for the scions of what Angela D. Dillard calls the new "multicultural conservatism in America."
