Earth First! vs. the FBI (a/k/a Bari and Cherney v. USA) will have another crucial pre-trial hearing this Friday, August 31 at 10 am at the Oakland
Federal Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street '(tween 12th and 14th Sts.). The ability of both parties to bring or not bring important content up during trial will be decided by the judge, most likely on this day. It should be a substantive, legal battle. Filling the courtroom is again a strong sign that our case has your support. By the way, we're Oct 1 - Nov.8 trial is still on, Mon. Thurs, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, holidays excluded.

Use SF Indymedia's search area on left side of the screen and separately enter the terms "Cherney" or "Judi Bari". The posts and comments will give you much info about the lawsuit and trial. Why this out of date repost.
