Hawaiian King Imprisoned

His Majesty Akahi Nui, Sovereign King of the Hawaiian Islands and nation, was sentenced to serve five years imprisonment by 2nd circuit court Judge Shackley F. Raffetto. His Majesty was convicted for trespassing at the site of the burial place of his Royal Ancestors, Royal Patent 2799. The property has been in His Majesty's family since before it was awarded by King Kamehameha in the 1840's. His majesty Akahi Nui's name appears on the title.

Since the re-instatement of the Hawaiian Kingdom in 1993, His Majesty and the Royal Family have been repeatedly harrassed by police.

Although US Public Law 103-150 addmitted to the unlawfull overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom , the American government has yet to provide restitution to the Na Kanaka Maoli(Hawaiian People).

Today, the Hawaiians are the highest rate of Homelessness, poverty, illiteracy, and imprisonment of all the ethnic groups in Hawaii. The Hawaiian people are 40% of the incarcerated, yet only 20% of the population of the Hawaiian Islands.

recieves $80,000.00 per Hawaiian they incarcerate, even if only for a day. This money comes from a trust created for the benefit of the Hawaiian people, by the Hawaiian Monarchy of old.

The Hawaiian (Na Kanaka Maoli)
people would be some of the richest people in the world if their King were administering the Royal Trusts, only, the United States claims there are no Heirs to these trusts so they are administered by the U.S.

Our beloved Majesty is the Heir and Successor of the Crown and Throne. He is the Heir to the Kamehameha lll Trust.
