§undercover cop in the video

about 1minute into the above video, you can see a white haired man with a mustache in a brown suit. He was (presumably an undercover cop) working with the police when they arrested a protester, who was holding a fire extinguisher as a symbolic prop, just as the protest was about to begin today.
