Fish and Game Bending Over Backwards for Governor Davis

At the Mattole rally at the Fish and Game office in Eureka, a skit was performed portraying California Fish and Game (could substitute CDF) bending over backwards to approve destructive clearcut Timber Harvest Plans that favor PL/Maxxam profits at the expense of forest habitat and ecology. Governor Davis looks on as Charles Hurwitz of Maxxam/Pacific Lumber stuffs Davis' pockets with money. Pacific Lumber was a large contributor to Gray Davis' election campaign.
